1968 Dodge Charger Rt on 2040-cars
Newport, New York, United States
Selling my 1968 Dodge Charger R/T. Its in its original color of Burgundy poly. This is a factory R/T model with
dash VIN, Fender tag, and Body stampings. The 440 motor is not original, 69 date code. The motor runs great , it
has an aluminum high performance intake and edelbrock carburetor with an electronic ignition. The engine bay is
highly detailed. The interior is in very good condition, complete with center console. The dash pad is in excellent
condition. All lights work fine, all windows roll up and down good. The headliner is nice, The Radio does not
work. The vacuum headlights doors work fine. It has power steering, with a nice semi aggressive exhaust note. The
charger drives very well with a lot of power. The vinyl top is in great shape. The body is very straight, with all
body gaps lining up. The paint is very nice and shines well. The bumpers are in good shape. The bottom of the car,
floors and frame are all solid. No floor patches, all original. The trunk is nice and solid. The tires are original
look firestone bias ply relines with magnum 500's. Overall, the car is beautiful and should be enjoyed.

An inside look at Mopar's SEMA fleet
Fri, 31 Oct 2014Mopar is heading to the SEMA show in Las Vegas with a fleet of customized vehicles that appeal to enthusiasts of all stripes. There's a Dodge Viper ACR concept that follows in the lineage of the supercar's great road racing past, and a custom Ram ProMaster that might just be the ultimate outdoor party machine.
We got an inside look at Mopar's cars that will be on display at the show, which also include a Dodge Challenger T/A concept, two crazy Jeeps and a Ram 2500 Outdoorsman that could change the way you camp. While these are some of our favorites, Mopar is bringing plenty to SEMA, so let us know your top choices in the comments section.
Chrysler teases upcoming outlay of SEMA cars
Wed, 15 Oct 2014Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is hauling a multitude of modified models to the annual SEMA show in Las Vegas this November, and the company is releasing the first teasing sketches of many of them.
Unfortunately, FCA isn't giving many solid details on any of the concepts other than saying the vehicles from Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and Fiat all benefit from tuning from its Mopar performance brand. The teaser photos include a sinister-looking Chrysler 200S, Fiat 500 Abarth with two-tone paint and a scorpion on the hood, a red and black 500L, seemingly two different takes on the Jeep Renegade, a green Dodge Challenger wearing the T/A badge, an orange and black Dart, a very neon Charger, just the outline of a red and black Viper, a Ram ProMaster in Mopar livery and a Ram pickup called the Outdoorsman.
Take a look through the gallery to see what you think of the sketches for these concepts, and scroll down for the full announcement from FCA.
Dodge offers 100 years of solid advice in new ad
Fri, 18 Apr 2014This is a cool ad. Dodge, which is celebrating its centennial this year, recruited some of its peers to see what you should and shouldn't do in life. Of course, some are obvious - don't complain, learn from your mistakes and live for now.
Then again, some are less obvious. Some, actually, are downright awesome. Towards the end, each piece of advice is interspersed with clips of Dodge's redesigned Challenger smoking its tires. Really, this ad feels like it'd be worthy of a Super Bowl spot. This commercial's personal nature is really in keeping with some of the big game's most interesting ads, like the Imported From Detroit commercial, the Farmer ad and Maserati's surprise clip from this year's game.
Take a look below and let us know what you think.
