2008 Crysler Town And Country Elite Touring Van on 2040-cars
Matamoras, Pennsylvania, United States
I have owned this vechicle for 1.5 years. I am in need of selling it due to needing health insurance. I cannot pay for both. The car is up to date in payments and I still drive it at this point.
The body is in great shape and there are no tears in the inside of the car. I bought it to use for my business, but I do not need it. The car has 51000.00 miles on it, at this time. It only gets driven about 75 miles in a week. It has good air conditioning and heat. I live in Milford, PA., if anyone is interested in it. I own my own business in Milford, so it can be see during the daytime. I will have to pay off the loan with this vechicle when it is sold. I purchased this vechicle from Milford Crysler dealership in April, 2012. I do not smoke, so the car is not full of nicotine. On Sep-24-13 at 18:16:32 PDT, seller added the following information: My daytime work phone number is 570-409-6055. Home 570-409-6632. On Sep-26-13 at 19:10:24 PDT, seller added the following information: According to the blue book value, my car is worth 12,500.00 trade in value to a dealer. The retail value of my car in its condition and low mileage, is about 15,000.00 according to the kelly blue book. My price is firm due to my having to pay off the vechicle. This is the touring van style..... |

Long winter means most automakers won't curb summer shutdown
Sun, 18 May 2014A lot more happened during this latest brutal winter than days of snow and Netflix binges. Automotive sales took a battering. After all, going out car shopping when it's eleventy-billion degrees below zero isn't a good time.
Because of this Old Man Winter-induced sales slump, inventories are abnormally high as we head into the summer car buying season. That's led some analysts to predict that automakers will be more inclined to idle factories this summer, in a bid to trim some of the built-up inventory. Traditionally, American manufacturers offer up a two-week break in the middle of summer, although the burgeoning sales of the past few years have seen this practice become less popular.
"We're likely not going to see an acceleration this year," Jeff Schuster, a senior vice president at LMC Automotive, told The Detroit News. "We'll see production increases in 'pockets' but I don't know if it will be as widespread as in recent years."
Chrysler museum to open one last time on June 8
Thu, 18 Apr 2013Due to a lack of funding, Chrysler closed the doors to its Walter P. Chrysler Museum in Auburn Hills, MI back in December, but it sounds like the facility will be open next month for one last hurrah. According to a report in the Detroit Free Press, the Chrysler Museum will be open to the public one last time on June 8 for the annual Chrysler Employee Motorsport Association car show.
While the car show will take place in the museum's parking lot from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM on June 8 with a theme dedicated to muscle cars past and present, all attendees will be able to be among the last people to tour the museum - with free admission. The museum is known for housing some of the more important production and concept cars from Chrysler's history. Check out the car show's flyer for more information.
Chrysler patents smarter minivan folding seats
Thu, 02 Jan 2014It's frightening to think of how quickly the mice would have overtaken us if we hadn't stayed one step ahead of them with better mousetraps. We'll never have to worry about that in our relentlessly re-engineered world, though. Case in point: Chrysler has been granted a patent by the US Patent and Trademark Office for an improved design of the already wondrous Stow 'n' Go seating found in the automaker's Town and Country and Dodge Grand Caravan minivans.
Introduced in 2005, the Stow 'n' Go was improved in 2008, and based on the drawings of this third-generation improvement, the new design appears to allow stowage of the second row of seats without having to move the front-row seats forward as much. It look like it also involves fewer operations and moving parts, with a portion of the seatback being incorporated into the flat floor when the seats are stowed, as opposed to having a completely separate cover.
It's possible that the innovation may appear on the next-generation minivans expected in 2015, but Chrysler isn't commenting on the patent.
