Up for auction No Reserve, is a 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500, with a Duramax Diesel and a 6 speed manual transmission. I recently bought 10 of these trucks from a local coal mines. The truck was a Foremans truck and they drove the trucks home daily, so a lot of the miles are highway miles, trucks were also on a regular maintance sechedule. This is the third truck I have sold so far, the first 2 I sold very quickly locally. The truck is very rough, inspection is strongly encouraged. I was told that the truck ran fine other than needing a steering pump, I changed the pump and put a fuel cooler on it because the other was leaking, and that is all I have done to it. The bottom of the oil pan and cross member is wet from an oil leak. It doesn't look too bad, but I don't know where its coming from. It is very dirty inside and out, there is dust and dirt and mud in about every place possible, The tires are very chewed up due to driving on gravel roads, the truck is scratched from one end to the other and top to bottom and several dents also. The paint is gone almost all the way around the bottom of the truck due to rock chips from being on gravel roads. It starts very easily and seems to run good, I have drove it about 15 miles, it has a very strong motor, and would probably do even better with a fresh fuel filter. The Four wheel drive seems to work fine also. They are numerous lights on, on the dash, airbag, abs, and Brake. The truck is very dirty and very scratched but with a whole lot of cleaning and some tlc I think it would make a great work, farm, or hunting or fishing truck. The Kelly blue book on this truck in fair condition with 220,000 miles is around $12000. As you can see I have 100% positive feedback, so don't buy this truck and come expecting it to be a clean nice truck( because its not) and then leave me negative feedback, I have tried to describe it the best I can. The truck is being sold As Is-Where Is, and is for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction early. Ask any thing you want, and I will try to answer your questions in a timely manner. $200 due within 48 hours via paypal, and I prefer the remaining balance in cash. If you can't bring cash, I need a cashiers check on an American bank that I can call and verify before I will release title. Thanks

2014 Chevrolet Silverado tows in new configurator, microsite
Mon, 21 Jan 2013Judging by your continued enthusiastic response to configurator notices, dear reader, you enjoy speccing out new cars as much as we do. Better still, there tends to be even more ways to personalize, configure and bloat theoretical MSRPs on full-size trucks as there are with more ordinary passenger cars. In addition to trim level, engine and transmission choices, truck buyers usually have to specify items like cab configuration, bed length, number of driven axles, tow packages, gear ratios and all sorts of bits and bobs.
That's why we're pleased to see the DIY specification utility for the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado come alive so soon after this week's Detroit Auto Show debut. While the configurator lacks pricing (General Motors hasn't announced numbers yet) and full options, you can still spec out your half-ton rig, and even print it out or email it to your friends. Beyond the configurator, the new model-specific site is pretty cool, too, with various videos and closer looks at the truck's new features.
The new Chevrolet pickup range won't be on dealer lots until sometime this summer, so whether you're a building contractor, an avid sportsman or just a guy or gal that loves full-size trucks, you might want to check out the link below to keep your appetite whetted. If you're more of a Sierra fan, well, it looks like you're going to have to wait a while - GMC hasn't updated its site yet.
Callaway debuts its new C7 Stingray at National Corvette Museum
Fri, 02 May 2014Callaway showed off its first tuned version of the 2014 Corvette Stingray at the National Corvette Museum last week, giving the rampant enthusiasts of America's sports car a look at the roughly 620-horsepower, supercharged rocket.
Unlike the Corvette SC610 we showed you back in January, this Stingray packs a fair bit more oomph. Horsepower is only up ten ponies, but torque has jumped from 556 pound-feet to "at least" 600 pound-feet. Neither horsepower nor torque is official quite yet, although Callaway is expecting to know just what its creation can do once testing and validation is completed later this month.
The 6.2-liter, supercharged V8 now boasts a new, three-element intercooler, which Callaway claims only allowed the inlet air temperature to increase by ten degrees Fahrenheit during dyno runs. Previous designs saw a 35-degree-Fahrenheit jump. The exhaust system has also been fettled with, and now is even less restrictive.
