4x4 Crew Cab S 10 Chevrolet Pickup Truck White 97k Original Miles Pwr Windows Ac on 2040-cars
Franklin, Ohio, United States
We are downsizing to retire and selling our possessions. Here we offer a 2002 Chevy S10 pickup truck 4x4 LS short bed automatic. This 4 door crew cab has plenty of room The truck is white and has low miles 97100 original miles. Truck has been well cared for, the oil has been changed regularly and other necessary repairs. Some recent repairs include lower intake gasket fuel pump water pump alternator battery tune up plug wires belts etc. Interior in good shape has cd and cassette factory radio factory security system. It has a tempature and directional display also a spot for glasses and garage door opener. There is a center console. Seats have large pockets on the back of each front seat. Seats are in good shape except for a paint stain on the back seat and some stains on drivers seat. There are no rips or tears. The front seats are multiple adjustable seats The back seat completely folds down, there is a small window that slides opens on the rear window. Truck has factory block warmer plug so truck is nice and warm when you start it on those cold winter mornings. The truck does have some minor body and paint damage. The truck was driven by my elderly Father before we took away his license so there is a bit of damage on the left side from a pole at the McDonald's drive thru he cut the corner too short. The other side has damage as well from him sliding on ice in a parking lot and being hit at slow speed. Finally the front near the headlight on the right side he turned into a parking spot and caught the edge of a open tailgate of another truck none of the damage affects the driveability only cosmetic issues. Other than some paint scratches all else is fine. The truck has a plastic molded bed liner. Truck has been great this winter in the snow but will need tires soon I think .Included 3 keys and the original owners manual. My camera skills are not the greatest and some pictures appear to have white dust particles or lint on them sorry. I can forward more pictures upon request. Truck can be picked up from Franklin Ohio between Dayton and Cincinnati

GM already raising prices on 2014 Silverado and Sierra pickups
Mon, 14 Oct 2013General Motors must be pretty pleased with sales of its two newest pickups, the GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado, as it's announced price hikes for both models, as part of a planned price tweak.
Prices will be bumped by as much as $1,500, although weirdly, they'll be offset by as much as $1,500 in cash-back offers through the end of October. Fox Business reports that GM spokesman Jim Cain said of the price hike, "With the sell down of the '13 models nearly complete, this price adjustment was planned and is a normal part of business."
The move, as Fox is quick to point out, is an interesting one, as sales of the twin pickups struggled last month relative to the Ford F-Series, while both of GM's crosstown competitors have been aggressively undercutting Silverado and Sierra prices. The F-150 starts at $24,070 and the Ram 1500 comes in at $23,600, not counting any cash on the hood. A base Silverado, meanwhile, retails at $25,575.
Who sold the most heavy-duty pickups in 2012? PickupTrucks.com investigates
Tue, 26 Feb 2013Domestic manufacturers enjoyed a good year for heavy-duty pickup sales in 2012. PickupTrucks.com has taken a close look at exactly how those sales broke down between each manufacturer and between three-quarter and one-ton pickups. Ford sold some 67,786 F-250 Super Duty models last year with the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD falling just behind at 56,359 units. The Ram 2500 HD came in third at 41,918, while the GMC Sierra 2500 HD earned itself fourth place with 27,616 deliveries. While Ford held onto the top spot in the one-ton market, Ram easily nailed down second place by selling more 3500 HD models last year than General Motors sold Silverado 3500 HD and Sierra 3500 HD trucks combined.
So, did GM manage to sell more trucks than Ford with its two brands? Very nearly. Ford sold a total of 119,338 heavy-duty pickups to GM's 111,555. Ram, meanwhile, moved a distant 77,583. But perhaps more interesting is the diesel take rate in this segment. PickupTrucks.com says 80 percent of all domestic one-ton trucks roll from the dealer lot with a turbo-diesel under the hood. Head over to the site for a closer look at the breakdown.
Chevy gets cracking on Cruze EV fleet testing
Tue, 21 Sep 2010Chevrolet Cruze EV - Click above for high-res image gallery
The Chevrolet Volt hasn't yet gone on sale, but General Motors is looking at ways of expanding its electric vehicle lineup. Chevy, along with partner LG, is employing a group of all-electric cars in the form of the Cruze. The sedans are part of a demonstration fleet which is located in Seoul, South Korea and is being used to provide data in an electric vehicle research project. The goal is to gather information on driving patterns and charging behavior in addition to consumer acceptance.
The Cruze EVs, along with some Daewoo Lacetti Premieres EVs, are the first fleet of full-size electric vehicles and should provide invaluable information for The General. Staying full-size means not sacrificing cargo space, so the battery pack is mounted to the underbody, leaving the trunk area open for plenty recyclable, canvas grocery bags.
