3 DAY AUCTION ONLY!!!!! Up for bids is a very nice 2006 Chevrolet Equinox  LT AWD. This is a great midsize SUV. Its big enough to haul your passengers and room to spare for your cargo. And to do all this you have the convenience of ALL WHEEL DRIVE!!!!!  These vehicles get good gas mileage but yet they have lots of power. This Equinox has the 3.4 V-6 engine with an automatic transmission. The engine runs great and the trans shifts nice also, no problems with either one. As I said it is a 4X4 or all wheel drive. The suv is loaded with all the great options youd expect and need. The interior is very nice with only very minor staining. Nothing major, just normal as it is a 06 model. All in all the interior is real nice. The body is good, no rust at all and the paint shines like new. Not sure what the color is called but it is a blue or green depending on the light. Its a very nice color.  There is one tiny parking lot ding on the passenger front door but nothing  major, think theres a pic of it. Its been taken good care of. It has the aluminum mag or rally type wheels and the tires have about half tread left. That's about all I know to tell you guys, if you have questions drop me an email and I will get back to you ASAP. This is a very nice Equinox and im sure you would be very happy with it. NADA says this vehicle retails for over $9000 so my buy it now is a steal. Checkout my feedback as its well over 500 and all positive. You don't get great feedback like that if you lie and cheat people, I tell it like it is. Rest assure your dealing with an honest ebayer!! Deliver may be possible on this vehicle depending on your location or it can sit here awhile while your working out the shipping arrangements as long as its paid for according to the auction terms. Thanks for looking and good luck should you decide to bid on this very nice 2006 Chevy Equinox LT.    REMEMBER THIS IS A 3 DAY AUCTION ONLY!!!!   It has a clear title.    If you have less than 10 positive feedback you must contact me before bidding to assure me you with complete the transaction should you win the auction. GM offering factory-backed extended warranty for Chevys, GMCs, Buicks and Cadillacs

Mon, Oct 15 2018

Cars are generally more reliable than ever before. When things do go wrong, every automaker offers some form of factory warranty (in most cases at least three years and 36,000 miles, though many extend even longer), providing peace of mind to new-car buyers that many faults will be fixed at no charge to the customer. Starting today, GM is offering a new optional plan that will extend the factory warranty on all new Chevy, GMC, Buick and Cadillac products. In the past, extended warranties have been offered as dealer add-ons, with all profits from these sales going to the dealership. GM's new program can be viewed as another nail in the the looming dealership-model coffin. According to Automotive News, some dealers aren't happy to see GM cut into their business like this, saying that it helps GM far more than it does dealers. GM says the new program will help keep customers in the GM family. Customers are also more likely to visit a GM service center rather than going to an independent repair shop. Currently, new Chevy and GMC vehicles come with three-year/36,000-mile warranties. Buicks and Cadillacs are covered for 4 years or 50,000 miles. The new program extends Chevy and GMC warranties to five years or 60,000 miles. Buick and Cadillac warranties extend to six years or 70,000 miles. GM, citing IHS Markit, says most owners keep new cars for about 6.8 years, so these warranties will cover most of the length of their ownership. The extended warranty will add between $1,000 and $2,000 to the price of a vehicle, and the additional cost can be rolled into the vehicle's purchase or lease price. Unlike many dealer extensions, the factory program covers the vehicle no matter who owns it. That should help increase the car's resale value if it's sold within the covered timeframe. GM says there's no deductible and no need to file a claim form when getting warranty repairs. Additionally, dealerships can continue to sell their own extended warranties or service contracts. GM won't sell 2014 Chevrolet SS in Canada

Thu, 21 Feb 2013

Allow us to be the first to extend our condolences to our friends to the north. General Motors has announced the 2014 Chevrolet SS will not be available in Canada. The Globe and Mail reports the automaker has confirmed the high-performance sedan won't hit Canadian dealers, though GM hasn't offered up any reasoning as to why that is.
Buyers here in the US of A, meanwhile, can look forward to getting their hands on the 415-horspower, rear-wheel drive SS by late summer. Something tells us it won't be long after that before Canadian officials start seeing individually imported 6.2-liter V8 four-doors in their neighborhoods. Fortunately, Canadian buyers will still be able to take home the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette. The C7 bowed at the Canadian International Auto Show last week, reportedly drawing sizable crowds and interest.

Corvette owner finds stolen car, but can't get it back [w/video]

Wed, Feb 25 2015

It's not too uncommon to hear about owners being reunited with their stolen cars decades after reporting them missing. The story of Terry Dietrich in Georgia starts that way with police finding her lost 1972 Chevrolet Corvette after over 40 years. However, this case takes a different turn because unless she wants to bid on it, Dietrich's likely not getting the 'Vette back. Just six months after purchasing it in 1972, Dietrich's blue Corvette was stolen in Georgia, and in 1975 the sports car found its way to a man in North Carolina. He kept the car right up until his death just a few months ago, and that's when restorer Gary Green bought the 'Vette from his widow, according to Yahoo Autos. Unfortunately, after acquiring the Corvette, Green found some major discrepancies. For one thing, the listed VIN pointed to a '69 convertible, and there was a different serial number on the frame. Green reported the problem to the local police, and they figured out it was the 'Vette Dietrich lost over four decades ago. Consequently, the cops impounded it. The issue now arises that while Dietrich is the victim of the theft, she isn't technically the car's last legal owner. After the Corvette was stolen, she reported the crime to her insurance company, and it paid on the claim, which essentially forfeited her ownership. To make matters slightly more confusing the company can't find the title on the 'Vette either, according to Yahoo Autos. That leaves the well preserved 'Vette sitting in a police impound lot. It will likely go to auction.
