This sweet chevy turned up in my neighborhood. The previous owner was moving and had kept a card from years past with our contact info. This is a project vehicle that we are offering in as is condition. There is some rusty spots and I cannot seem to get spark to the distributor. There are seats from a 68 chevelle that must have been resourced from a yard or swap. The original gauges have been removed and there is a painless wiring harness & the custom gauge panel is expensive. The engine had been replaced with a 307 and there is an old school tag on the door post with this info. The engine turns from a key and the front end is gorgeous. The grille and bumper look so sweet and original that it makes me happy. The floors and rear section is ok. Its a great platform for a total resto or just get it running and start hauling some motorbikes or?? the possibilities are endless! Harris.

They say "idle hands are the devil's playground," but said playgrounds grow to Disney-sized proportions when a pair of jacked-up trucks, two egos, a chain and an empty mall parking lot are involved. Proof of this is the video below, which shows a Cummins-powered Dodge Ram circa 2006 to 2008 chained tail-to-tail with what looks to be a gasoline-powered Chevrolet Silverado from the late 1990s or early 2000s.
We don't necessarily have to tell you who wins this battle, but we'll let you see for yourself the lengths the "winning" driver goes to prove his point. There's plenty of foul language in the video below, so beware that this might be Not Safe For Work, and not that we should have to tell you, but please, do not try this at home.

2016 Chevy Equinox brings its revised face to Chicago

It's vital these days for automakers to keep up with the Jones' when in the crossover market. The segment is just too popular among buyers to let a vehicle waste away, and Chevrolet is giving the 2016 Equinox a slight refresh at the Chicago Auto Show to hopefully keep people interested. In reality, though, the CUV isn't too much different beyond a tweaked face and some interior improvements. The exterior now boasts a revised front fascia with a chrome-accented grille and projector beam headlights, and at the rear there are new taillights. Top -evel models get LED running lights, as well. Inside, the Equinox features a standard seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with a backup cam, and for added safety, the CUV is now available with rear cross traffic and blade zone alert on some trims. Beyond these updates, the powertrains carry over entirely from before with the choice between a 2.4-liter four-cylinder and a 3.6-liter V6. These refreshed 2016 models go on sale this fall.
