Selling a custom 2007 Chevrolet colorado crew cab, low miles at 58,519 original miles. This truck has a custom air bag system from Alamo city Kustumz out of San Antonio. The truck has a lot of upgrades. Starting off with the custom air bag set up, size 6 bags, run by 1/2" lines. 4 link rear, 2 360 cc viar compressors, 2 4 gallon tanks. sitting on 20" ss rims that are alloy but have been plasti dipped black. leather roll top tonneo coverthat clips down. led lights inside and out. hid headlights. k&n cold air intake. 2.9 4 cyl engine runs great, a/c blows cold, heat blows hot. all gauges work as should. this truck came with the z85 suspension/tow package. lays frame. charcoal gray upper with white below. a nice head turner, i get compliments everywhere. jvc indash mp3, ipod, usb radio. custom chevy switches. the truck has a door ding behind read passenger door, the tailgate has a couple dings as can be seen in the pictures. all interior is in great condition with no rips or stains. comes from smoke and pet free home. it has been garage kept most of its life. it has a few paint chips here and there, nothing major, no fluid leaks of any kind. Chevy Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo concept blends the past and the future
Wed, 19 Nov 2014The Chevrolet Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo is the rare concept car that salutes a seminal moment in history, yet also borders on science fiction.
Revealed Wednesday at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the concept uses the name of one of Chevy's historic racing partnerships, with Chaparral Racing, which dates to the 1960s. Chaparrals raced successfully at a range of levels, including IndyCar, Trans-Am and SCCA competition.
But the history ends there, as the concept's main purpose is as a racecar in a downloadable update for the PlayStation 3 game Gran Turismo 6.
Ford, Toyota clean up in Best Car For The Money Awards
Fri, 22 Feb 2013The U.S. News Best Cars for the Money Awards picks winners by looking at the average transaction price, five-year total cost of ownership, the regard a car has from the automotive press, reliability figures from J.D. Power and Associates and safety data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The result, according to the magazine, is "the best combination of critical acclaim and long-term value."
Ford nabbed six of the 21 categories that received awards this year, the Focus, Fusion, Fusion Hybrid, Taurus, Escape and Edge getting trophies. Toyota and its Lexus and Scion sub-brands took another five, the Tacoma and Tundra owning the two categories given to pickup trucks. The other ten awards were split between Honda with three, Buick with two, and one each for Subaru, BMW, Hyundai, Chevrolet and Mazda.

Survey says $25k barrier is a problem for EVs

The majority of consumers are more or less priced out of the market.
Electric cars are gaining popularity with the general public, but are they still too expensive? According to a survey 1,084 consumers by Navigant Research, a consulting firm located in Boulder, CO, 71 percent want their next car to cost under $25,000, while 41 percent won't go a cent above $20K. Looks like people are even thriftier than we'd originally thought.
