You are looking at my wife's 1969 Chevelle. We have owned this car for the last 16 years. Since we have owned the car we have installed two new quarter panels ( year one ), Installed SS hood (used), Replaced Engine (was 307 now 350) Installed power steering and power disc brakes. Replaced all ball joins and rod ends.Recovered front bucket and rear seats (year one) Replaced carpet Installed chrome rally wheels with caps and rings. Installed dual exhaust with hush thrush mufflers, and repainted it green with black rally stripes. Paint now has a few scratches and minor dings from being driven. This is no 100 point show car by any means, but also does not carry a show car price. This is a very dependable and good looking driver. I will need $1000.00 down emediately following auction (pay pal) with the balance being paid in full before vehicle leaves. Buyer is responsible for all handling and transportation costs. Who sold the most heavy-duty pickups in 2012? PickupTrucks.com investigates

Domestic manufacturers enjoyed a good year for heavy-duty pickup sales in 2012. PickupTrucks.com has taken a close look at exactly how those sales broke down between each manufacturer and between three-quarter and one-ton pickups. Ford sold some 67,786 F-250 Super Duty models last year with the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD falling just behind at 56,359 units. The Ram 2500 HD came in third at 41,918, while the GMC Sierra 2500 HD earned itself fourth place with 27,616 deliveries. While Ford held onto the top spot in the one-ton market, Ram easily nailed down second place by selling more 3500 HD models last year than General Motors sold Silverado 3500 HD and Sierra 3500 HD trucks combined.
So, did GM manage to sell more trucks than Ford with its two brands? Very nearly. Ford sold a total of 119,338 heavy-duty pickups to GM's 111,555. Ram, meanwhile, moved a distant 77,583. But perhaps more interesting is the diesel take rate in this segment. PickupTrucks.com says 80 percent of all domestic one-ton trucks roll from the dealer lot with a turbo-diesel under the hood. Chevy Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo concept blends the past and the future

The Chevrolet Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo is the rare concept car that salutes a seminal moment in history, yet also borders on science fiction.
Revealed Wednesday at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the concept uses the name of one of Chevy's historic racing partnerships, with Chaparral Racing, which dates to the 1960s. Chaparrals raced successfully at a range of levels, including IndyCar, Trans-Am and SCCA competition.
But the history ends there, as the concept's main purpose is as a racecar in a downloadable update for the PlayStation 3 game Gran Turismo 6.
