I am thinning out the heard and I'm going to sell a few of my cars. Up on auction is my 1967 Chevelle SS 396 Super Sport with a 400 automatic. Everything new or rebuilt. Motor completely rebuilt 2 years ago and totally sorted out. New Edelbrock aluminum E-Force heads with roller rockers and lifters. Other things that are new..650 Holley carb,cam,electric Meziere water pump,aluminum radiator with fans,all hoses and 4 BF Goodrich tires and American Racing wheels, 235/60/15 front and 255/60/15 rears. Less then 500 miles on tires and wheels. Brand new front and rear bumpers. Car has sound absorbing material through out interior and trunk. H.D.sway bars front and rear. Ceramic coated big tube headers. 3:08 posi rear by Unitrax. ZERO rust car. Cold A/C, Power steering and brakes. Discs up front with drums in rear. Wood looking steering wheel. Front buckets that have been re-covered and extra padding added for comfort. Radio with Ipod hook up. Odometer not working and car has 2 small blemishes. 3inches of paperwork histoy. More pictures upon request. Car rides like a slot car and has plenty of power but not designed as a race car. Built for the street and very tame for cruising. Lots of high dollar parts to make this car a perfect street car or cruiser with a great sound. I've spent 2 years sorting this car out and dialing it in to be a wonderful, clean classic for cruising or cars shows. Very reliable.

Chevy monitors drivers' biometrics while experiencing new Corvette Stingray

We tell you about what a car is like to drive every day, remarking on throttle response, steering weight and feedback, squat, dive, brake fade and a dozen or more other factors of performance. What we can't tell you, though, is what the car does to us - how its performance impacts us, physically. That's what makes this video series from Chevrolet so darn cool.
The Bow-Tie brand rented out Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch, got several (very) different individuals together, strapped a bunch of sensors to their bodies to record biometric data ranging from heart rate to respiration to brain activity, and then handed them keys to the new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. The results are explained in a series of videos, devoted to each driver, showing how different people react to the Corvette's performance.
If, like your author, you're a nerd for medical science, this is going to be a fascinating set of videos. If not, it's still pretty cool to see how the body of someone with racing experience, like Gran Turismo creator Kazunori Yamauchi, reacts to tracking a car like the Corvette Stingray compared to the owner of legendary Detroit barbecue joint, Slows BBQ. Chevy Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo concept blends the past and the future

The Chevrolet Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo is the rare concept car that salutes a seminal moment in history, yet also borders on science fiction.
Revealed Wednesday at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the concept uses the name of one of Chevy's historic racing partnerships, with Chaparral Racing, which dates to the 1960s. Chaparrals raced successfully at a range of levels, including IndyCar, Trans-Am and SCCA competition.
But the history ends there, as the concept's main purpose is as a racecar in a downloadable update for the PlayStation 3 game Gran Turismo 6.
