Up for sale is a beautiful 1986 Chevy 1/2 ton two wheel drive pickup. It's 95% all original and in survivor condition. I purchased this truck 8 years back. It was then owned by a collector. Since purchasing it the truck has been indoors in my personal collection. It has never seen rain or elements in over a decade. The truck don't even get wet when washed, rather wiped down in the shop. It runs very well and only shows 83k miles which I assume is original. The truck is a Silverado edition which was top of the line back in 86. It has the original drivetrain which performs flawlessly. The bed appears to never have had anything hauled in it. The interior is almost perfect minus one flaked area of dye on one door panel. The digital radio was freshly rebuilt by a company that restores them. Tires are BF and look like new. Paint is almost perfect and much slicker than when new. Underneath and the engine compartment look excellent. This truck turns heads! Finding one like this in almost showroom condition is nearly impossible these days so don't miss out. It's a 305CI engine and automatic trans. As you can see the color combo is original and stunning. Wheels are original and in great shape. Newer dual exhaust installed that sounds great. 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra show all their sides in Detroit
Tue, 15 Jan 2013There could hardly be more riding on the next-generation General Motors full-size pickup trucks, so the automaker has wisely made sure to have a selection of different models on hand at the Detroit Auto Show to show off. The 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and 2014 GMC Sierra were both officially introduced last month at a stand-alone reveal, and now they'll be on display for the public to see in various body configurations and trim levels.
The Silverado LTZ Crew Cab and Sierra SLE Extended Cab are aimed at providing more of a high-end pickup experience, while the Silverado LT Z71 Extended Cab and Sierra SLT Z71 Crew Cab should have off-road fans scouting out their favorite trails. The crew cab trucks won't go into production until sometime during the second quarter of this year - with other bodystyles coming later in the year - but we have plenty of live images from Detroit for you to enjoy.

While a lot of us would likely be flipping out over the still rare sports car, it's a fair bet many more of us would be responding like Pattie here, whose boyfriend stopped by her work to show her her new C7.
Speechless and shocked as she seems, she does end up taking it out for a drive, despite claiming she wasn't really outfitted to handle the car's seven-speed manual transmission at the time. From the sound of the video, we got the impression that she knew the car was coming, just not that it was anywhere near ready for delivery. When I was a kid, I decided that life wasn't worth living if it weren't in pursuit of owning a GMC Typhoon. My 12-year-old self crafted a fiscal strategy that, when combined with my offer of a 49-percent share of ownership in the car in return for my parents' contribution of 80-percent of the purchase price, would see me behind the wheel of a Typhoon by the time I hit college. They walked away from the negotiating table and, the economic climate of the 8th grade being what it was at the time, another partner wasn't found before the Typhoon was discontinued.
Roy El-Rayes, however, has succeeded where 12-year-old me failed, and he did it by using the sort of professionalism that only a PowerPoint presentation can provide, along with some humor and bold-faced flattery.
