Hi, I'm selling my 1964 Chevy C10 pickup. The truck is in good condition, Not perfect but it could be with a little work on the weekends.
New Wheels and tires..less than 200 miles on them.
Small Block Chevy under the hood, linked to a Turbo 350 Automatic Transmission
Weiand Intake Manifold, Edelbrock 4 barrel with electric chocke
True dual exhaust, I'm not sure on the muffler type but it looks to be two Cherry Bombs.
Nice flat black paint ( Not Primer) no rust at all
Lights, blinkers and dash all work...also has Sun Tach and Sunpro Temp Gauge
Surprisingly its real good on gas
Drum Brakes all around, with single master cylinder, Engine and transmission are real strong, I've never had any problems with it in the time that I've owned it. It runs real good around town and on the highway, no steering issues at all ( steering wheel is not original) . It also has an aftermarket stereo with speakers, they are both a little old but they work pretty good....Manual Windows, Newer glass all the way around, and a bench seat that is out of a mid 90's Silverado. ( With seat belts)
I am in the Military Stationed in Up State New York, since I've owned it it's always been on base with me and garaged during the two winters I've been up here. I love the truck, I really don't want to sell it but I'm getting ready to get out of the Army and unfortunately I just can't take this beast with me. Other than that, it's always turned heads wherever I went and just as a warning, when you stop for gas, be prepared for people to come up to you and ask to take pictures with it. I don't know why but girls always want to sit in it and take pictures.
Bad Part:
The truck has the original 64 single master cylinder, the main brake line had a small crack in it so it will need a new brake line. Right now there is no brakes so I highly suggest you tow it home!
I want to do disc brakes all around with a dual master cylinder, and keep the truck because it has so much personality but with me leaving the Army so soon there just won't be enough time for me to do it, and getting home to my family will always be more important than a truck, no matter how beautiful it is.
If there's anything I left out please feel free to ask,.
Please call or text 916-832-3814, If I don't answer a phone call please leave a message or send a txt message and I'll get back to you as soon as I possibly can.
I have all necessary paperwork in hand. The truck is also for sale locally and I have the right to end the auction at any time.

U.S. new-vehicle sales in 2018 rise slightly to 17.27 million [UPDATE]
Thu, Jan 3 2019DETROIT — Sales of new vehicles in the U.S. rose slightly in 2018, defying predictions and highlighting a strong economy. Automakers reported an increase of 0.3 percent over a year ago to 17.27 million vehicles. The increase came despite rising interest rates, a volatile stock market, and rising car and truck prices that pushed some buyers out of the new-vehicle market. Industry analysts and automakers said strong economic fundamentals pushed up sales and should keep them near historic highs in 2019. "Economic conditions in the U.S. are favorable and should continue to be supportive of vehicle sales at or around their current run rate," Ford Chief Economist Emily Kolinski Morris said after the company and other automakers announced their sales numbers Thursday. That auto sales remain near the 2016 record of 17.55 million is a testimonial to the strength of the economy, said Mark Zandi, chief economist at Moody's Analytics. The job market, he said, has created new employment, and wage growth has accelerated. "That's fundamental to selling anything," he said. "If there are lots of jobs and people are getting bigger paychecks, they will buy more." The unemployment rate is 3.7 percent, a 49-year low. The economy is thought to have grown close to 3 percent last year, its best performance in more than a decade. Consumers, the main driver of the economy, are spending freely. The Federal Reserve raised its key interest rate four times in 2018 but is only expected to raise it twice this year. Auto sales also were helped by low gasoline prices and rising home values, Zandi said. It all means that people are likely to keep buying new vehicles this year even as they grow more expensive. The Edmunds.com auto-pricing site estimates that the average new vehicle price hit a record $35,957 in December, about 2 percent higher than the previous year. It will be harder for automakers to keep the sales pace above 17 million because they have been enticing buyers for several years now with low-interest financing and other incentives, Zandi said. He predicts more deals in the coming year as job growth slows and credit tightens for higher-risk buyers. Edmunds, which provides content, including automotive tips and reviews, for distribution by The Associated Press, predicts that sales will drop this year to 16.9 million.
2014 Chevrolet SS makes its live debut
Sat, 16 Feb 2013Chevrolet showed off the new 2014 SS in an airport hangar last night, its first rear-wheel-drive performance sedan in the US since the Impala SS from 1997. We'll have more to say about the SS later today, but this is the sedan that Chevrolet sees as the final piece in restoring its performance credentials. For those of you looking for a manual transmission, however, that wish will go unfulfilled - at least for now: the only two options buyers will have are the color and whether or not they want a sunroof.
We'll work on getting some more angles (in better light) today at Daytona International Speedway, but with fans seeing the car for the first time, we don't hold out much luck of getting a clear shot. So for now, enjoy the high-res gallery above.
Callaway rolls out radical Corvette C7 GT3-R at Hockenheim
Wed, Oct 7 2015Leave it to Callaway to take a badass Corvette and make it even more so. Case in point: the new Callaway Corvette C7 GT3-R you see here. It made its big debut this past weekend during the season finale for the ADAC GT Masters series at the legendary Hockenheimring – the on-again, off-again home of the German Grand Prix. Why in Germany, you ask? Because that's where Callaway Competition is based. The racing division got its start in Heilbronn as Woeher & Ciccone back in 1985. It joined with US-based Callaway Cars in 1988 to distribute its modified Corvettes in Europe, and branched out into constructing racing cars in 1994. And this is its latest project. Designed in partnership between Callaway Competition in Germany and Canadian designer Paul Deutschman, the new GT3-R replaces the previous C6-based Z06.R GT3. It packs a 6.2-liter V8 pumping 600 horsepower through an X-Trac six-speed sequential gearbox. And as you can see, it sure looks the part. Callaway will be offering the new GT3-R to privateer teams for entry in a variety of racing series around the world. But it'll also be fielding the example you see here, sponsored by Whelen Engineering that – like Callaway Cars – is based in Connecticut. Callaway Corvette C7 GT3-R World Debut at Hockenheim October 3, 2015 Hockenheim, Germany – October 3, 2015 – This weekend's ADAC GT Masters Season Finale was the backdrop for the unveiling of Callaway Competition's new Callaway Corvette C7 GT3-R. Following a brief presentation to media and invited guests, the successor of the C6-based Callaway Z06.R GT3 was displayed to the public for the first time on October 3, 2015 at the Hockenheimring in Germany. Constructors of GT race cars since 1990 and based in Leingarten Germany, Callaway Competition possesses a wealth of experience, technical know-how and a broad network of specialized professional partners. These elements were crucial to conduct such a large undertaking. After nearly two years of comprehensive planning, intensive development and expert fabrication of vehicle components, Callaway Competition completed the first C7 GT3-R just a few weeks ago. Its striking design comes as a result of the collaboration between Canadian designer Paul Deutschman and team owners Giovanni Ciccone and Ernst Wohr. Mike Gramke, Uwe Hoffmann, Florian Mohring and Andre Zanke were also heavily involved in the vehicle's development.
