We have for sale a very nice local trade in, a 2005 Chevrolet Blazer ZR2. The vehicle has 116k on it and is a two owner vehicle. This was the last year for the popular ZR2 package. This Blazer has a very clean almost new interior and has all the power options, it has power locks, windows, tilt wheel, cruise control, overhead digital cluster and mirror, a cd player and best of all everything works 100%. Our in house service department went over the vehicle from front to rear and as such the Blazer has Pennsylvania safety and emissions inspection stickers good until 02/2014. The heat is hot and the air conditioning is ice cold as is should be.

One nice feature on this Blazer is the auto four wheel drive, many of the later Blazers did not have this option. The truck is black on the outside and gray on the inside, there is not a tear anywhere in the interior of the truck. Our body shop touched up the factory fender flares which peal on the tops so they look like brand new. This is an exceptionally nice ZR2 that was well maintained and owned by an adult. As best we can tell this vehicle has never been off road other than maybe climbing over a curb. Even the wheels are in excellent condition. This vehicle also has the factory locking rear differential and trailer hitch. If you like these vehicles you won't find one nicer.

2014 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra show all their sides in Detroit

There could hardly be more riding on the next-generation General Motors full-size pickup trucks, so the automaker has wisely made sure to have a selection of different models on hand at the Detroit Auto Show to show off. The 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and 2014 GMC Sierra were both officially introduced last month at a stand-alone reveal, and now they'll be on display for the public to see in various body configurations and trim levels.
The Silverado LTZ Crew Cab and Sierra SLE Extended Cab are aimed at providing more of a high-end pickup experience, while the Silverado LT Z71 Extended Cab and Sierra SLT Z71 Crew Cab should have off-road fans scouting out their favorite trails. The crew cab trucks won't go into production until sometime during the second quarter of this year - with other bodystyles coming later in the year - but we have plenty of live images from Detroit for you to enjoy.

2016 Chevy Volt to make auto show debut this season

Ever since we saw that spy shots of the 2016 Chevy Volt, we've been hungering for more information on the next-gen version of GM's green halo car. It appears we might not have long to wait, at least for an official tease. An inside source that wishes to remain anonymous told AutoblogGreen that GM will make two announcements regarding the second-gen Volt at the CAR Management Briefing Seminars in Traverse City, MI next week. The first, and most intriguing, is that that we will get our first glimpse of the new Volt at some point during the upcoming auto show season. That means either Los Angeles later this year or else Detroit, Chicago or New York in early 2015. The second bit of news is that GM will be moving production of the electric motors from Mexico to Michigan. Details and official confirmation are, of course, missing and Chevrolet declined comment to AutoblogGreen. We should know more next week.

Chevy SS prototype spotted wearing Pontiac G8 clothes

Do not adjust your computer screen, you are not seeing the rebirth of the Pontiac brand. General Motors has chosen to use a G8 to disguise a test mule for the latest prototype of the forthcoming Chevrolet SS. The G8 was closely related to the Holden Commodore and Vauxhall VXR, the platform upon which the new Chevrolet performance model will be based. It should come as little surprise, then, that GM has opted to use the cladding from the former G8.
Thought the front clip of this mule is pure Pontiac, note the vents immediately behind the front wheel. That is a distinctive design hallmark of the Vauxhall VXR. Also note that this vehicle is right-hand drive, as the Holden and its Chevy counterpart will be very closely related. That likely includes potential drivetrains. The spy photos of this mule also reveal very wide rear tires, and rear wheels that do not match the fronts.
