1998 Chevrolet Blazer 4-door on 2040-cars
Reseda, California, United States
Car has issues and drives but is not drivable. Some lady hit my car and now it has a Broken Rear Differential, the car was in perfect condition before. Just over 101,000. for exact reading I will have to go look at it. I was the second owner. I loved this car but it will cost me about $4000 to fix it. We all know how that goes. Anyways; It has great parts. All windows. Seats are leather. new mirror on driver side. Stock radio/cd player. it has plastic lining for rear trunk. it has a dash board cover. had just put new tires, shocks/struts and tune up. I belive the radiator is about a year old. I also have a 5th wheel w rim. So even if u do not want the whole truck I will sell parts. I just put about $2000 into my car before this speeding teenager ran a red light and hit the back tire of my car. The heater core is broken, it did leak some fluid. Like I said its a Mechanics Dream because if they fix it themselves you will have a nice car. This car is a great fixer upper and I do not want to salvage it just yet only because I have 3 beautiful children that need a new way to get to and from school daily. And trying to make more then salvage rate on the car is my goal.

GM to make most cars LTE hotspots for 2015
Mon, 25 Feb 2013General Motors isn't the first automaker to deliver in-car Internet access, but a proposed plan announced today could make the technology more widespread than any of its competitors have offered. By the 2015 model year, most Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac and GMC products in the US and Canada will offer 4G LTE mobile broadband access. Initially, GM will just be pairing with AT&T to deliver this service, but additional carriers will be revealed in the future.
Current in-car Wi-Fi hot spots are limited to 3G, but GM says that 4G LTE is 10 times faster than 3G service and will allow for full Internet access, including streaming video for entertainment as well as services like real-time traffic updates and navigation driving directions. There is also no need for a paired smartphone with this new system, which should make it easier to use, and GM and AT&T will also be working together to develop new apps for customers.
Buyers can expect to start seeing 4G LTE in their cars starting next year, and GM is already planning to expand the service to other global markets as well. All of the information from GM's announcement is posted in a press release below.

There once was a time when Daewoo was one of the biggest companies in South Korea. It was larger than both LG and Samsung, and second only to Hyundai. But these days the name is all but gone.
Read This: Auto Extremist advocates for Corvette as brand with multiple models [w/poll]
Fri, 25 Jan 2013The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette really grinds Peter De Lorenzo's gears. Or, more accurately, the self-anointed Auto Extremist has an issue with what he sees as mismanagement of the legendary sports car by General Motors executives. In a new editorial on his website, De Lorenzo argues it's time to split Corvette off from Chevrolet to create an all-new brand, complete with a model range with at least three new takes on the sports car. Capable of fully leveraging the successes of the Corvette Racing program and brandishing the full might of GM's technical prowess, the Corvette brand would theoretically give Porsche something to sweat over.
Sure, that sounds like a party, but given GM's troubled track record when it comes to launching (let alone managing) brands, we say that's slippery slope that could just as easily end with the whole Corvette franchise in the scrap bin. Either way, the notion is certainly an interesting one. Head over to Auto Extremist to take in the full editorial, and then let us know what you think in Comments. Should GM split off its most storied nameplate?
