Up for sale is my baby, my 2005 Cadillac STS. THIS CAR IS STILL COVERED BY A WARRANTY! I purchased a 3 year/ 36,000 Mile GMPP extended warranty when i bought the car in January of 2012. The vehicle's warranty is valid until January 4, 2015 or 71,980 miles (whichever occurs first). This car is virtually fully loaded and has every option that I know of! This car is AWD Has the Northstar V8 Navigation Heads Up Display Adaptive Cruise Control Magnetic Ride Control Heated and ventilated front seats, rain sense wipers, intellibeam headlights, heated steering wheel, push start, remote start, and much more. The interior is in immaculate condition, there are all weather floor mats from Cadillac that are currently in the car. The car has 35% Tint all around. The exterior of the car has its usual dings that is associated with its age. Other than that the car is absolutely beautiful, and drives amazingly. I have taken amazing care of the car and have many documents to go along with the car. I have many service records from the previous owner that I was able to attain, and of course I have all the paperwork for work that I had done to the car. Ward's reveals annual 10 Best Engines list for 2013
Thu, 13 Dec 2012Ward's Auto has released its annual 10 Best Engines award winners. The 2013 list covers the full width and breadth of the internal combustion spectrum, from a spate of efficient four-cylinders to the most powerful production V8 on the planet. As always, the entries must be available in a production vehicle in the first quarter of 2013 with an MSRP of less than $55,000. The supercharged 3.0-liter V6 from the Audi S5 held on for the fourth consecutive year, and BMW earned two spots on the list with its turbo 2.0-liter four-cylinder and turbo 3.0-liter inline-six.
Ford pulled in two awards for its 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder and and the supercharged 5.8-liter V8 from the Shelby GT500. Honda matched BMW and Ford with two wins of its own. Wards awarded the 2.4-liter four-cylinder from the Honda Accord Sport as well as the 3.5-liter V6 from the Honda Accord. Chrysler, General Motors and Subaru each garnered a spot on the list as well for the 3.6-liter V6 in the Ram 1500, the turbo 2.0-liter four-cylinder in the Cadillac ATS and the 2.0-liter four-cylinder the Subaru BRZ, respectively. Twin-turbo Cadillac CTS coming
Cadillac ATS to go racing in 2015 as CTS.V.R replacement
Thu, 21 Aug 2014Cadillac has been racking up victories with the CTS.V.R in Pirelli World Challenge racing for two model generations now, including recent GT class championships in 2012 and 2013. However, even winning racers eventually have to retire, and it looks like the CTS may be taking a bow at the end of the season. In its place, Caddy is reportedly working on a new racecar based on the ATS Coupe, and it might even get to compete internationally.
According to Racer, Pratt & Miller Engineering is leading the development and is already lapping the ATS racecar in Michigan for testing. It reportedly drops the CTS' V8 in favor of a twin-turbocharged V6 powering the rear wheels. Since this is the same team behind the hugely successful Corvette Racing program and the current CTS.V.R, the latest car appears to be in good hands.
The new model would also adhere to GT3 rules, according to Racer, and that might signal a big change for Cadillac's motorsports program. It means that the ATS could be sold to teams in the numerous series around the world that accept these vehicles. That would broaden the luxury coupe's exposure and put it up against GT3 racecars from premium brands, like Bentley, Porsche and McLaren. If it wins, the change could be a marketing bonanza for the brand.
