If you're looking for an Cadillac EXT but don't want to pay a lot, you just found it!
This truck has had the same owner since 17k miles and was purchased from the Charlotte NC Cadillac dealer in 2003. The owner has lovingly taken cared for it. The majority of the miles have been highway from Charlotte NC to Richmond VA.
The truck runs and drives great but is not without fault. The transfer case for the AWD system has started to make a clicking noise, but it still runs and drives great. I have contacted a transmission place in Charlotte who I have done business with and trust 100% and they quoted me $300-$800 depending on whats wrong with it. $800 would be a complete rebuild, $300 would be replacing the chain which is what they thought the noise was, but they wouldn't know until tearing it down. Personally if I was keeping the truck, I would eventually just have it completely rebuilt, afterall, why tear it down and only replace some of the parts?
The Stability control light and abs light also come on now and then. The radio has also started to act up, not showing display etc, but its random.
Here is the 64,000 dollar question would I drive this cross country, YES, but of course with the transfer case noise you would be taking a risk. If you like I can have the work done before pickup at the new buyers expense.
Now that you know the issues, the truck is still a looker and has most options, heated seats, moonroof, tow package, and 20" wheels! I also think I can locate the factory wheels if desired, but I'm not 100%. As I remember they don't have tires on them any longer.
I have priced the truck very aggressively and most of my auctions do not last long. Take a look at my feedback, I have sold cars coast to coast, Canada and Mexico and maintain a 100% feedback. I would rather have you pleasantly surprised then dissapointed.
As always I strongly recommend a in person viewing of the car, before the auction ends. I am also more than happy to drop the car off at any mechanic in the Charlotte area for a pre sale inspection at the buyers expense.
If you want to fly in and drive your new Escalade home I can pick you up at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport. If you wish to have your Escalade shipped I will help anyway I can.

Cars with the worst resale value in 2022
Thu, Nov 10 2022Car values are all over the map right now. Used vehicles that were worth a small fortune earlier this year are now coming back to Earth, but the new vehicle supply remains tight. Prices are still elevated overall, but some models have seen more severe price drops. Depreciation strikes almost every model, supply constraint or not, though a few vehicles are leading the way. New research from analytics iSeeCars found that a handful of cars depreciated more than 50 percent over five years, with the BMW 7 Series dropping 56.9 percent and an average price cut of $61,923 over that time. The vehicles with the highest depreciation — or worst resale value — over five years: BMW 7 Series: -56.9% Maserati Ghibli: -56.3% Jaguar XF: -54% Infiniti QX80: -52.6% Cadillac Escalade ESV: 52.3% Mercedes-Benz S-Class: 51.9% Lincoln Navigator: -51.9% Audi A6: -51.5% Volvo S90: -51.4% Ford Expedition: -50.7% iSeeCarsÂ’ research showed that midsize trucks, sports cars, and fuel-efficient vehicles were slowest to depreciate over five years, while itÂ’s clear that luxury brands tend to lose value much faster. As iSeeCarsÂ’ Executive Analyst Karl Brauer explained, used buyers donÂ’t value high-end vehiclesÂ’ features as much as the first owners, so resale values tend to be softer. The tech and options that made the cars so expensive and appealing new donÂ’t add the same value on the used market. Read more: Cars with the best resale value Interestingly, electric vehicles also depreciated quite heavily, though they were just short of the abysmal numbers in luxury segments. The Nissan Leaf depreciated most among EVs, dropping by 49.1 percent. The average EV depreciation is 44.2 percent, with the Tesla Model S and Model X sliding in right under the bar at 43.7 and 38.8 percent, respectively. As iSeeCars notes, itÂ’s important to be vigilant when car shopping and not let your emotions win over reason. Shiny new luxury cars look great in the showroom, but you could end up taking a bath when you try selling them a few years later on. Cadillac chief says ATS convertible, wagon on the table
Wed, 15 Jan 2014What we do know is that the ATS will wear at least one more bodystyle. That comes from Cadillac head Bob Ferguson, who answered "Absolutely" when Automotive News asked him about the possibility of another variant. What we don't know is what that bodystyle or styles will be.
We now have a sedan and coupe ATS, there's supposedly a V sedan coming. After that, a convertible is a likely option given that the man who just became the global product honcho at General Motors, Mark Reuss, admitted to having one already designed in 2012. The decision on it can't get out of the underworld and a wagon is the other option, but the droptop would seem to make the most sense if one considers the competitive set: the BMW 4 Series and Audi A5 convertibles are hot property and Mercedes is bringing a C-Class convertible. Meanwhile wagons are the sentimental utility vehicles that, refusing to die, seem forever destined for life support... CTS Sport Wagon, anyone?
Based on Ferguson's statements, it appears that what Cadillac definitely won't do is play model variant catch-up with the European luxury brands it has spent years hunting down, telling Automotive News, "We want to keep our focus on a limited number of vehicles and do them very well."
Cadillac goes white-out on social media as prelude to Oscars announcement [w/video]
Fri, Feb 13 2015Cadillac appears to be in a very odd place at the moment. On one hand, Johan De Nysschen is pushing the company towards a much more luxurious image that includes converting 700 dealers into boutiques, and a blitz of new products is also supposed to be on the way in the coming years. However, at the moment sales aren't necessarily keeping pace with production, and there are reportedly heavy incentives available on some models. Now, we're seeing the earliest hint at the next strike in the brand's strategy as its social media presence goes white across the web. Go check out Cadillac's official pages on the major social media hubs, and all you can find is blank space. There's just a period on Twitter, a blank box on Facebook, another one on Instagram and the company logo is even gone from Pinterest. Perhaps most bizarre is YouTube, where Caddy is showing five minutes of absolutely nothing (embedded below) with no sound at all. The video description is only a period. All of this nothingness is supposed to be a lead-up to Cadillac unveiling a completely new advertising campaign during the Oscars on February 22. This method of blanking everything out beforehand could suggest a minimal, to-the-point message in the future. While it wouldn't be shocking for a few teasers to come out in the meantime, Caddy is keeping quite a secret before the big reveal.
