This is a Reatta Convertible that is in it's original condition. I am the second owner. The original owners lived in Arizona as a retired couple, and kept excellent maintenance records. The car has always been garaged.
This is one of 65 White on White with White leather / Red trim produced. 65 of these Limited Editions were produced for the GM Dealer Award (see the attached letter from GM to the Buick Dealer), and is different from the planned Reatta production year of 1990.
Obviously it has not been driven much over the years, and it was serviced by Liberty Buick in Arizona regularly. The power options and air conditioner works great. It has a a few unique features that did not come out until 1991 Reatta convertibles including CD player, 16 way drivers seat, and the body colored rims with Reatta center-caps. The engine compartment and inside of car is ready for a white glove test. The white top is original and it has a small 1/2 inch opening (slit) on the pass side of the top....it should be able to be repaired, without the need for a new top.
The driver's seat is showing wear on the side bolster as you can see in the picture. The rest of the white leather is in very good condition.
It has been thoroughly detailed, inside and out recently. The white finish is original and you can tell that it's always been garaged. It has not been an accident.
I would rate this car to be in very good condition. The uniqueness of one of 65 and the excellent condition makes this a collector car for the future. One of these exact cars just sold for $24,500 in Ohio on September 27th last month with three thousand miles. Put some TLC into this wonderful car or leave it original, and you'll have a prized possession that will serve you well!

GM recalling over 243,000 crossovers over possible seat belt defect
Tue, 17 Aug 20102010 Buick Enclave - Click above for high-res image gallery
The summer of 2010's recall hit parade continues unabated today, with General Motors having just announced that it is asking 243,403 owners of its 2009-2010 Lambda crossovers to bring their three-row haulers in for inspection. The culprit? Second-row seat belts in select Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse, GMC Acadia, and Saturn Outlook CUVs have "failed to perform properly in a crash."
According to GM, a second-row seat-side trim piece is to blame, as it can impede the upward rotation of the buckle after the seat is folded flat. As a result, if the buckle makes contact with the seat frame, cosmetic damage can occur, potentially requiring additional force to operate the buckle properly. So far, no great shakes, but in the process of applying that additional force, the occupant may push the buckle cover down to the strap, potentially revealing and depressing the red release button. As a result of this, the belt may not latch, or in certain cases, it may actually appear to be latched when, in fact, it isn't.

Wed, 24 Jul 2013A Nice, New Buick Aims For Middle Of The Road
Any time someone describes some portion of a car or a driving experience as being "nice," I want to either A) throttle them or B) run as fast and as far as I can from that vehicle. "Nice" is among the most insidious words in the English language - at best it's vague, and at worst, it conveys the exact opposite of its literal meaning. Yet it seems to be used with damnable frequency when it comes to verbally illustrating vehicles. "It looks really nice," or "These seats feel nice," or, heaven forefend, "It's got a nice ride," are all windy signifiers of absolutely nothing resembling a concrete opinion. "Nice" is the adjectival equivalent of meekly smiling and nodding your head.
Of course, I'm as guilty as the next person of having thrown English's least powerful descriptor around. There's even a chance that, rant aside, you'll catch me making nice in reviews to come. That's fine, but you should know that when you stumble upon such usage, past or future, that you've found a sentence in which I'm simply applying a bare minimum of effort to the task.
2013 Opel Cascada
Tue, 24 Sep 2013The Future Buick Verano Convertible?
I wasn't wearing a pedometer while in Germany covering the Frankfurt Motor Show this year, but it's safe to say I walked more than a few miles between press conferences, shooting cars and trekking back to the media center on the first day alone. For this reason, it didn't take much convincing from General Motors for me to duck out of the Messe a day early and drive some of its latest Opel models. No, this didn't include the all-new Country Tourer, but I was able to drive the Opel Mokka (our Buick Encore), the Opel Adam and the Opel Cascada.
I focused most of my driving time behind the wheel of the Cascada, which went on sale in Europe earlier this year, since rumors are swirling that a Buick version of this convertible "could happen soon." Buick hasn't had a convertible since the Reatta, and GM has been lacking a non-performance, budget-minded convertible since the Pontiac brand - and its G6 - was dropped, so adding the Cascada to Buick showrooms could further help the reemerging brand compete in the near-luxury segment. Although the weather was too chilly (and occasionally rainy) to enjoy the Cascada with its top down for very long, I was able to clock a fair bit of drive time behind the wheel on roads ranging from the autobahn to tight roads in small, quaint villages.
