About ASI Dealership

ASI Dealership came into existence through the combined efforts of a few successful Daytona Beach, FL businessmen. Being big car and vehicle enthusiasts, they decided to explore the idea of starting a company capable of introducing specialty and high-end vehicles to the public.

Our newest addition is the sale of pre-owned exotic, luxury and high-end automobiles. Our goal is to offer only the best, low mileage vehicles at a price that no one can compete with. Most of these vehicles will still even be covered under the original manufacturer warranties. We are currently building our inventory and are hoping to also offer a vehicle location service because chances are if it has wheels, we can get it.

The vehicle has a clean title. It is sold "As Is--Where Is." This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Reciprocal Taxes: Some States Are Reciprocal With Florida, This Means We May Be Required To Collect Tax For Your Home State, IF We Issue A Florida Temporary Tag To Drive The Vehicle Home. If This Is The Case We Will Provide You With A Receipt For The Tax Paid To Present To Your Motor Vehicle Department, So You DO NOT Pay It Twice! There Is No Charge For For A Florida 30 Day Temp Tag. No Tax Will Be Collected If You Have The Vehicle Shipped Home & We Get A Bill Of Lading From The Shipper. Florida Residents Must Pay Applicable Taxes In There County Of Residence And Purchase A License Plate Unless You Have A Valid Tag To Transfer! Proof Of Insurance Is Also Required For Anyone Taking Delivery In Florida! If YOU WOULD LIKE TO TAKE PERSONAL DELIVERY OF PURCHASED VEHICLE, WE MUST BE NOTIFIED 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

Deposits: a Non-Refundable Security deposit of $1,000.00 within 24 hours in a form of a Bank wire transfer or direct deposit to our Bank Acct. and the balance must be paid in full within 5 days of auction ending. Wire transfer or cashier's check only. All funds have to clear in our account before delivery.

Our Guarantee

We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle and aim to only carry quality pre-owned merchandise. ASI Dealership recommends vehicles be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, work out a compromise. Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves vastly different from published ad.

Returns are allowed in the event the vehicle is shipped and you are dissatisfied. However, a 10% restocking fee applies and the return must take place within 7 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer than 200 miles difference upon return. Return shipping fees are the obligation of the buyer.
