Huge Disapointment
I had an issue with my windshield wipers. The motor turned. HOwever, the blades did not move. Phoned Firestone. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone stated that they would take a look and listen. I took it to the shop. They wanted a $90 hurly fee to look at the wiper assembly and an additional hourly labor fee to replace the assembly if called for. Keep in mind, it takes about 10 minutes to pull the assembly out... view more - a few screws. I had it repaired at all pro instead. The entire process took less than an hour.
This is the second time I have had this sort of experience with this Firestone location. I won`t go back.
