This review is about Broadway`s service shop. In fairness, my experience occurred a while back, but the time lapse only strengthens the story. I dropped my car off because of a coolant leak. After inspection they said my head gasket was blown, that the car probably wasn`t worth fixing and offered to transfer me to sales (hmmm). I picked the car up and found a back yard mechanic on craigslist who took a look at it. He... view more found a bypass line that as leaking. Cheap, simple fix. I`ve put over 100,000 additional miles on the car since Broadway assessed my car as salvage. What a waste it would have been to just take their word for it. Perhaps it was an honest mistake, but surely one that could have been avoided. I mean, certified Toyota mechanics vs. a craigslist wrencher? To Broadway, don`t assume. You cost customers a lot of money that way. To customers, beware.

I have been driving Toyota vehicles for the past 15 years. Love them! Just moved here from Cali and was on a quest to find my new dealer. So i read all the reviews and head over to Broadway to look for a used 2007-09 highlander. Walked into the door, place looks very nice so i started walking around testing the waters. The salesguy was decent but he could not help me much just seemed like he was there just to get a paycheck. The manager was a fake smile and a bunch of games! They gave me some numbers and went behind a glass gate to develop their attack strategy i gather. When i got a bunch of games I left and glad i did. Went to the another local dealer (no games just a price there) and found the Highlander to my liking. Stay away from broadway

I have just purchased my 3rd car from Broadway Toyota. Matthew Beldon was my sales representative and he made the buying experience very pleasant. He not only is hard working and has product knowledge, he is straight forward and works with integrity and the Golden Rule, treat others as you would like to be treated. Thanks to Matthew Beldon at Broadway Toyota, I got my first brand new truck. Bought a 2011 Tacoma with only 4 miles on it! The color, options on my truck were perfect, exactly what I wanted. I love going to Broadway Toyota`s new dealership...it is so much nicer than their old building. I am heading over there today to have my Toyota 4Runner serviced (oil change and tires rotated probably). I called them and they said that they take walk-in Monday-Fri 8am-4pm. Cool. I like to do things on the fly! I skipped lunch and plan to grab a sandwich at their Cafe while I am there. They even serve PB&J.

Dealership easy to find off of I-5. We bought Prius II and we love it. Our first contact was though the internet, since we live in the mid Willamette Valley & was looking for a better experience than from the other dealerships locally. We found it in Broadway Toyota. We had a great experience at this dealership today - they were willing to give us a great price on a used Prius - certified pre-owned. Tim Hogan was a great salesperson to work with - not pushy, just helpful and knowledgeable.
