He always is very cordial and respectful on the phone and greets me by name when I arrive. He is helpful when I explain problems my truck is experiencing. He`ll explain what the problem is (or sometimes tell me they couldn`t find the problem), explain what your technicians have found, recommend if I should get it done now or later, answer any questions I have, and leave the decision to me. I really appreciate that he doesn`t do the pressure sell. I also appreciate your shop`s flexibility, always allowing me to leave my truck off overnight, even if it`s just for an oil change, since Theron knows that is what works best for my work schedule.

Thank you for making this experience for my mom so easy! She has had a lot of stress in her life lately, with losing my dad and some of her own health issues. The last thing she needed was to add to that stress, and to be honest, buying a new car is usually a very stressful experience.
