Run far, run fast!!! HORRENDOUS service. All promises, NO FOLLOWTHROUGH.

I have purchased several cars from a variety of lots but this is the worst experience I`ve ever had. The owner is all salesman and promises to stand behind what he sells, but that`s as far as it goes. Don`t expect any &quot;service&quot; after you walk out the door. If they`ve promised repairs before you pick up the van, don`t sign anything until a real mechanic checks it out. Their mechanic claims to have f... view moreixed things but there`s little evidence that he`s ever lifted the hood, other than bending our wiper blades then charging us for new ones that he never installed. We made two payments and they misplaced both of them. Because of the awful service we decided to pay off the van immediately and was given the wrong payoff amount twice. There`s a piling system, not a filing system. You wait an hour for them to finish a simple transaction because their manager is constantly trying to put out fires and doesn`t focus on the customer in front of her for more than a minute or two at a time. Amazing cust. service and Great prices!

The customer service at universal is unsurpassed!! My mother has bought almost every mini-van she has owned there over the last 14 or so years. The one time she didn`t she got taken to the cleaners! Their customer service is amazing and their prices are phenominal as well.
