Reviews:

better than the best
I have a really high expectations when it comes to customer service. this place is AMAZING! people are friendly, they shpow you everythign bout yoru car, and explain everything. they have great discounts for MSFT Prime and AAA members. and they do their best to get your car fix as soon as they can. i had a problem with my brakes, and I called them on thursday afternoon, I got my cr back in less than 24 hours, no... view moret only they fixed the brake, they also fixed the door (was making some noise, oil it) check all the fluid for free. I had taken my car to chrysler dealership and they would never fix a single thing extra if you havent paid for it or is not in the list, but these guys, fixed the small things that meant a lot to my experience. I also asked them to look for my gf`s ring that she had lost in my car a couple of weeks ago, and they found the ring for me! These people are great! specially the manager Domenic.

BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP AROUND!!!! MUST TAKE YOUR CAR HERE:)
Not only do I take my car to AutoLogic and only AutoLogic, so do my Cousins, Parents, Grandparents and Friends. We are all very pleased with the HONESTY and PROFESSIONAL SERVICE that we receive EVERY time. The Service advisors are always UPFRONT and FRIENDLY with us every time we bring our cars in. They are always accurate on pricing down to the dollar and if something unforeseen shall arise that pushes the origi... view morenal estimate up above the agreed upon amount, they ALWAYS call and ask for authorization to move forward. It deeply disheartens me to read reviews of our FAVORITE shop like the one Hedmill posted. Clearly this person is trying to give a bad name to a business that is in no way, shape or form deserving of that review because they had a bad day and wanted to take their nonsense out on someone else. They really should READ and LISTEN to what they are being told before authorizing service of any type to their car. Like the old saying goes ?ˆ?READ BEFORE YOU SIGN?ˆ?.

I had brought my vehicle to Au...
I had brought my vehicle to Autologic when the check engine light came on. I chose Autologic based on a referral from my coworker. The technican explained that it would be $113.22 for the work which involved checking why the light was on as well as repairing whatever was wrong as long as it was minor. I agreed to the charge based on the understanding that Autologic would be able to amend the problem. They calle... view mored a few hours later and said that the problem was a minor computer problem that could be fixed free to charge by the Nissan Dealer. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was informed that I owed $113.22. I explained to the techician that I did not think it was fair to be charged over $100 for the 5 minutes maximum that it takes to do the diagnostic since the didn`t do any repairs on my vehicle. I was told that I needed to pay the charge and that no negotiation would be made. The technician refused to eliminate or even slightly reduce the exorbitant charge. Don`t make the same mistake I did. Go to Aamco in Bellevue where they`ll check your engine light for FREE!

Great Services!!
My office is right down the road from them in bellevue. So on the day my car was acting up I drove over and dropped it off. They were nice enough to drop me off at work and then they picked me up once the car was finished. It was very convineant and allowed me to work without missing much of my day. On top of that my car has run like a top ever since.

Finally...a repair shop I can trust!
I recently took my car in for a new battery and regular servicing after reading all the glowing reviews on Angie`s List and here. All it takes to experience the difference is one call to the shop. You are immediately treated with genuine courtesy & respect by the very pleasant staff. This is so rare with auto shops that we have all come to expect to be brushed aside, put on hold and treated like we are a nuisance. N... view moreot here. When I arrived they told me everything they were going to do and how much it was going to cost. They call you if anything is found that will cost above that amount, and they don`t do unnecessary repairs...a huge relief in itself. They can explain exactly what`s going on with your car in a way you can understand, because THEY understand. When I picked up my car from them, it was running like the day I bought it (and my car is 9 yrs. old). I was on cloud nine. After 30 years in Bellevue, I finally have found ""my shop"". Save yourself the wait and call them today.

read this review very important
i have heard from a very reliable source who sais that they are writing there own reviews because what customer is really gonna be that descriptive about how clean the shop is and organized there tools are and how they are covered up and the aaa operator quickly suggested them i think that is a lil to quincidentle. and they saved them in over $800.00 in parts alone the shop wouldnt even make money. im not for sure ab... view moreout this and hate to say something thats not true but just use commen sense and base your opinion on what you read in the reviews and you make the decision to see if you think they are actually real my opinion is that there are not and i dont believe any customer would have this much information about a shop and be that descriptive why would a customer think of facts that only a shop manager or owner would i mean come on now really thats not very honest if it is fake but i would love to meet the customer that did write that if they did

Not a place for Volvo
I brought my 95 volvo 850 GLT to fix a few problems in Feb 09 and was recommended to replace a ton of stuff. Since I was going to give the car to my 16-year-old so I feel obligated to make sure the car is safe. I paid more than $1000 for the work. In less than 2 months, the coolant in the car started to leak, I brought the car back thinking that it is still within the warranty of the previous service. I was told ... view moreto replace radiator and again charged $600. Not long after, the air conditioner broke down. I was too afraid to go back to AutoLogic. I don`t trust them anymore. I think the reviews here sound too good to be true. The consumer checkbook just gave them an ok rating. For me, Autologic is a nightmare.

Honest, Thoughtful and Considerate AAA+++ Shop
This is a AAA approved shop that well deserves the approval. I actually work for AAA so am so happy to recommend them. I have had my car in twice now for the kind of repairs that aren`t so easy to diagnose. One was a sensor that Autologic was able to figure out exactly which one was failing (the bad check engine light) two years ago and never a problem since. The most recent was a power assisted steering failure ... view morein my MR2 Toyota Spyder that never showed a warning light, the power steering just became sporadic one day. After much care, thoughtfulness and consideration (I was back and forth for serious testing to see if the problem would occur again) Autologic determined it was the power steering motor and I must say, even though I was covered under a warranty, did not want to replace something that did not need to be replaced. They tested electronics, sensors, contacts, everything to rule out that despite the fact that the failure codes indicated replace the motor, they were not satisfied with that alone and went to great lengths to make SURE this was the problem. A lot of places will tell you do this or that, substitute this or that, but Autologic makes sure to use approved systems and fluids. When you spend a bit of bucks on a car, I don`t want to just mickey something. I want to keep my baby for the long haul! Cars are more complicated these days with computer driven processes and Autologic makes sure that the repairs are done to factory specs, they have a smart team there, and a price well below the dealership (at least in my case) and I am nothing but pleased!!!!

Great Shop
This is the type of business that makes you want to come back. No one wants to pay to fix their cars, But all cars break and when they do you want to have the work done by a shop that you feel confident that the work was done right. Autologic is that shop. Frank and the Crew Explain things in a concise and easy way, that even my daughter understands the problem and the solutions. I am a Car Crazy guy and they can giv... view moree details of the problem and how they fixed it I know that the job was done right! I would recommend this place of business to any one. Mac
