WOW I TOOK MY OLDER VOLVO TO ODYSSEY CAR CARE AND AM SO GLAD I PICKED THIS BUSINESS THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT FROM THE MOMENT I DROPPED MY VOLVO OFF. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND TOLD ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KNOW, WHAT THE DETAIL ENTAILED HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE AND THE COST, AND SO NICE TO ME. THEY SHUTTLED ME TO WORK BEFORE 7:30AM AND PICKED ME UP AT 5PM WHEN I FIRST SAW MY VOLVO I WAS HAPPILY SHOCKED! I will NEVER EVER recommend to...

I will NEVER EVER recommend to go there, the boss is unprofessional and the work is not done properly furthermore it is really expensive. Here I am blaming only the boss and not the employee. Bad place that stinks.

Very poor quality; don`t waste your money

We brought our truck to Odyssey today and were shocked at the poor quality. There could not have been more than 30 minutes spent on detailing --- a quick vaccuum and wiping down, that`s all it appeared to be. The floor mats looked like they were just haphazardly hosed off, not washed or scrubbed. There was still sand and other dirt showing on the carpets that was not vaccuumed up. Inside of the doors was not clea... view morened at all. We wiped our hand across the plastic and dirt came up easily. I don`t know if this was a case of the owner leaving two young men to take care of things, unattended, and it`s a Friday afternoon, etc. --- regardless, we will NEVER go here again. Amazing to me in this economy that a small business has customers willing to pay $100 plus for a luxury item like car detailing and NO care at all is given to the service. It`s hard enough to get clients and stay in business these days..... don`t know how this place is going to make it. Really, shockingly poor quality. Don`t waste your money.
