They know their stuff!

Rhine West was recommended to me by a local GMC dealership where I take my husband`s vehicle. I`m glad I took their recommendation. I have had my BMW to Rhine West twice in the last year for service. They have done an excellent job diagnosing the problem. They quickly repaired my vehicle both times, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with an out-of-warranty BMW.

Cannot recommend Rhine West

We took my daughter`s 2001 300-series BMW there because of a check-engine light. A week and over $1200 later, the problem was supposedly fixed. Four days later, the check engine light came on again and the car wasn`t running properly. We brought it back and were told it would be another $830 to fix it again, which took another two weeks. They missed the problem the first time, and their mistake cost me over $2000 (wh... view moreich I cannot readily afford).

Consistently excellent quality work

Rhine West does great work on BMWs. They know the BMWs as well as the dealership and their prices are reasonable compared to the BMW dealerships.
