I called this company to get repairs done on my car. They answered the first time and said they would be right over. By right over I guess that meant the next day. The guy Roger showed up and told me what he though was wrong with my car, gave me a price and said he would come back with the parts. After I gave him the cash, it took him several days to even come back. When I called (no answer until I used my friends ph... view moreone) He aid he would be over "around lunch time". He showed up at 4 P.M. 3 days later. After he "fixed" my car, it still didn`t work. I called him back and he charged me another $35 service fee. I just paid it and told him to beat it. DONT EVER USE THIS GUY! I DOUBT HE EVEN FIXED ANYTHING!!

I was going out of town and was looking for a mechanic for my 99 F150. My truck has over 160,000 miles on it and the way it was running, I could not have made the trip with it. I called several repair shops and just got the impression that they didn`t know what I (or they) was talking about or just didn`t care. Then I called Always Affordable and talked to Allison (I hope I got the spelling right). She asked all... view more the right questions and knew exactly what I was talking about. I thought the repair was going to be an expensive one but she suggested that a tune up would more than likely fix my problems. A tune up was a lot less expensive than the fix I had in mind and since she seemed extremely knowledgeable, I agreed. The next day two, friendly professional mechanics showed up at my house (right at the agreed upon time) and immediately set to work. They never tried to sell me extra unwanted parts or tell me about work they thought I might need like other shops have done in the past.. Before I knew it, the tune up was done, my old parts were off to one side where one of the mechanics showed them to me and explained what was wrong. Where I once had a rough running engine, I now had a smooth quiet one with a glass of water sitting on top of it with hardly a ripple just to prove it. The following day, I took my truck out of town and it ran beautifully. My gas mileage improved from about 13 mpg to just over 18. I now have a new mechanic and will recommend them to anyone. I already have as a matter of fact. Fast, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and as their name says "Always Affordable" are perfect adjectives to describe this company. The owner of this business, Ro...

The owner of this business, Roger, is completely unproffesional. After claiming that my vehicle needed a new timing chain and tensioner, I paid him for the parts in cash. I waited about three weeks until the parts were installed. Afterwards he claimed the car was not running right so he took it to Toyota to get diagnosed. Roger claimed my vehicle needed a new computer so, I decided to no longer continue business with... view more him. Even though I still paid him for labor when i got my vehicle back about a month and a half later, it was not running whatsoever. Roger also failed to provide any reciepts for the parts, labor, or the diagnostic. He claimed his friend at toyota did the diagnostic under the table. I am positive items of value were also stolen from my vehicle. To this day I will never know if he replaced those parts in my vehicle because he does not accept any of my calls. I would recommend no one ever do business with him. If I had the option I would give this business a zero rating.
