Take your car somewhere else

I brought my car in and never got a phone call from them about it and when I called they told me they`d look for my dealer and never called back about my car to tell me where or if I needed to come get it. I called once more and was extremely polite even though they didn`t deserve it after keeping my car for two or three months and he was a complete jerk, had no sense of politeness, and told me I should`ve done somet... view morehing about it when he was the one with responsibility in hand to let me, the car owner, know that I needed to come get my car and do something with it.

The guys at 5star Transmission are the best. They performed a good job at a fair price.

Thieves

I highly recommend you take yor vehicle anywhere BUT Five star Transmission. I drove a vehicle to Five Star Transmission, just to have them look at the transmission. They later called saying it would cost 1200.00 and needed rebuilt. I told them not to fix it, because the motor had 200,000 miles on it. The next day they called saying the truck was finished to bring them 1200.00.
They refused to return the vehicle t... view moreo me. Then the next day after I had the police there, who will do nothing for you in a matter like this. They took the transmission out of the truck, I drove there.... remember. Again I called the Amarillo Police Department wanting to put these thieves in Jail, but they didn`t.
So I warn you, do not take a vehicle to this shop for any reason!
I posted a pic below as proof that they took the transmission out of the truck I drove there! I had to call AAA to get a wrecker to pick the Truck up, less the transmission, they still refuse to return!
But I will see you in court!
