i HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH RUDE AND UGLY CUSTOMERS SERVICE!! BOUGHT A CAR AND IT BROKE DOWN AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD NOT HELP ME SO I HAD TO REPLACE COMPRESSOR AND IT COST 600.00. SHE TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A USED ONE, THAT WAS ALL SHE COULD SAY. THIS SET BACK PUT ME BEHIND A WEEK AND THEY DIDNT CARE AND CALLED ME CURSING ME AND TELLING ME THAT THEY WERE COMING FOR MY CAR. Don`t ever buy a car or do bus...

Don`t ever buy a car or do business with this place. I bought a van from them 3 weeks ago and it now has a blown motor. My mechanic believes an additive was added to "patch" the problem so it would sell. When I called the business to report this and speak with them about it they were VERY rude, unhelpful, and told me I bought the car "AS IS" and that`s all they had to tell me about the car. Then h... view moree proceeded to call me a "fat f***in` b**ch" and hang up on me. Horrible place, horrible people, and terrible product. After searching for them online it seems this is their normal way of business as they have several irrate customers that have been screwed over by them. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!!

Buyer Beware!!!

I bought a 2000 Chevy Venture from a car lot, Southside Auto Sales in Soddy Daisy, TN three weeks ago. The sales man told me it would be a great car for me and my 2 small children. The car broke down 4 days ago and a licensed mechanic has determined it has a blown motor and that they suspected an additive had been used to ""patch"" the engine to get it sold. I called the car lot to explain the situation to them. They... view more immediately became defensive, told me the car was ""AS IS"", and there was nothing they could do. I asked them if it was their standard practice to take advantage of people and the owner told me that I was being rude and that they didn`t have to tell me anything other than ""AS IS"" and that I drove it twice before I bought it and bought it anyways. I told him that I would spread the word about his horrible car lot and he called me a ""Fat F***in` B***h"" and hung up the phone. After googling this business I find that this IS their common practice and it`s been happening for years. Why is this place still in business?

Great to do business with

I have bought several cars from Chuck. He has always been honest about any car I have bought. I have the highest respect for him. In fact I bought a Dodge Intreped from him several years ago. I drove it until I retired and then gave it to my Grandson who drove it to high school and is driving it to college now. Remember you are not buying a new car but a used one. Ugghh..

I would not recommend this business, they are members of the BBB and have not gone a year without a complaint in approx 4 years. They are rude and indifferent to their customers wants. I purchased a 93 jeep cherokee and had extensive problems from day one to include: camber off so bad it blew both front tires, alignment out of wack, stereo missing, speakers blown, power windows inop., door that was obviously torn off... view more and welded back on, a hodd that had been replaced, a radiator a slipping transmission... All this came to light less than a year after my purchase. I understand there is a price you pay for purchasing a used vehicle, but I paid over 6000 for this car and it isnt worth more than 2k. dont even bother driving by this store.
