Horrible Repair

I chose Kollinger because I heard they fixed vehicles for Bobby Rahaul. Boy, was this a mistake! First, the repairs took a week longer and they never kept contact about the car as promised. In addition, upon returning home I realized the paint was not applied correctly and the hood of the car had a huge gap between the fender. The fender also sat higher than the other side and clearly was not right. I immediatel... view morey went back and he said he would fix it in 5 minutes. That was a joke. After waiting for Kollinger to fix and driving back home I realize my front sensor lights are on. I immediately went back and was told the lights were loose. These were the same front lights they repaired. I waiting again and returned home. Once home again, I completely saw the light loose, fender loose and still a huge gap between panels. I intend to take it to them again in the morning. I plan to have other auto body shops evaluate the work and submit an opinion. I fear I may need to take them to court over refunding me for shoddy work and have another fix this correctly. I have had much more intense repairs performed elsewhere and never encountered a problem like this simple repair. They are HORRIBLE and will only create more problems. They have completely left me respect less and broke my trust in their workmanship. I am afraid of what other problems may arise that I could be stuck with. Do NOT go to Kollingers.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT USE KOLLINGER AUTO BODY if you can avoid it. The supervisor lies to cover up mistakes made by employees, at the customer`s expense. Estimators have no idea what they are doing, and mis-quote jobs, and then cause more damage in order to make more money from insurance companies.
