"Your home is often your biggest investment. Why take chances? Our customers enjoy the benefits of our professional staff & technicians." This statment comes directly from their web site. It has been more than 16 weeks since we contact them for shower enclosure, over two weeks until the professional technician (installer) came to measure, delivery would be 4-6 weeks. The enclosure was finished in 5... view more weeks but it took them another 3 weeks until the professional staff contacted us. When they reach us at home the person said he was trying to get hold of us for three weeks. We have an answering machine, leave a message. Finally came to install the enclosure and they found after sitting in the warehouse for 5 weeks that one of the pieces had been chipped (from the factory). A new piece was ordered, after over two weeks of not hearing back we called "It`s here we will call you back when we have a opening in the schedule. Two more weeks past, they came today and guess what they found, the new piece had a chip worse than the first. Again it sat in the warehouse for three weeks and no one thought to check if it was okay. What would I tell anyone going to this place, don`t waste your time and money. Your home is your biggest investment find some that is professional and care about the customer. I believe they become so large that they no longer care about the customer.
