total waste of time!!
i filled out a credit application on-line, knowing full well this may not work out, my credit is terrible. i was contacted by the financial dept and told they could finance me with nothing down and no trade. i got there and the sales person started asking me to borrow two thousand dollars from a family member to put down, then they could put me in a car. i was treated like a lowlife who isn`t worth his time, i have n... view moreever been so humiliated or treated in such a manner by someone who is supposed to be selling cars to people. never ever go there. it`s not worth the hassle.

Buyer Beware!!!
I went to Victory Auto group with a sales promotion, free walmart cards to all and a free car or gas card to others. Well I won a Walmart card which dealership was out of, they said I would get one in the mail on Monday,, it never came. My husband and I were there for 5 hrs on a beautiful Sat. They finally got this cute VWGTI, I just love, traded my suv in thought what a good deal. I had requested to wait until Monda... view morey to finance auto but their sales staff got me financed and an extended warranty and gap with payment where I wanted. By this time I just wanted to go , so we signed loan paperwork and I was to refinance later through credit union. I called credit union and found out I paid to much, and could only get book values, so I requested to remove extra warranty and gap so credit union could refinance. It has been 45 days and the warranty is still on my car, even though I call weekly. I traded an auto in that I ended up making a payment on and had a payment due on new one. All I got from Victory was this takes time, don`t worry you will get your money back. My cute little car had the check engine light on after the first week, I had it in the shop to fix and was told my warranty did not cover this. Listen to their adds and you will hear all vichles are certified preowned and have received complete service, well mine needed sparkplugs and the oil changed and an airbag light fixed. I guess their complete service did not include that. I get so frustrated at this dealership and I cringe just thinking about having to go there for anything. I just want them to cancell my extended warranty and I will take my car anywhere but there.

KGarvey
I was at CVM a few weeks ago and spent 1/2 hour waiting for someone to help me. I had several salesmen say `I`ll be right with you` but no one ever came. Big mistake! I became disgusted and decided to go to Autohaus. Bigger mistake! They acted like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. The were rude and overpriced. My next stop was Victory Auto Group. I admit I might have had an attitude brought on by my pa... view morest bad experiences but my salesman, Al Demsky not only spent 3 hours with me going over the different cars but even after Autohaus told me they couldn`t get me credit, Victory not only got me credit, but at a better rate then first anticipated. I will send everyone I know to Victory Auto Group... knowledgable salespeople, great cars (had trouble deciding between them) and a great finance manager. They have my business, hands down!

Bad Dealership to go to Stay far away
I wanted to buy a car, and when I was there I felt like I was bothering them, they had no one that wanted to help, and after about five calls back to the saleman that did help a little , I am still waiting for a call back from my saleman (Phillip). We were five hundred dollors from a deal and I and I am the only one who cared so I move on to a dealer in Reading. Now that is a dealership that cares. And by the way P... view morehillip the new care from Reading is GREAT

Don`t bother going there
I went to Victory to purchase an Audi and I couldn`t make them sell me a car. I couldn`t find a salesperson that wanted to wait on me and once I did they couldn`t answer any of my questions. He gave me the keys and told me I could sit in the car but not to take it off of the lot. (?) He also offered to take my name and telephone number to get back to me with the answers to my questions. He didn`t tell me about f... view moreinancing or leasing options or about any unique features Audi offers. I saw other people roaming the parking lot with no sales people around. I did see sales people in the glass enclosed office eating burgers without any regard to potential customers watching them. I`m not so sure this is a car dealership. It seems more like a cover for something else. Save yourself some disappointment and aggravation. Go to Autohaus.
