I had a Head Gasket replaced at Jam the cost was $1750.00 They had my car for 3 weeks. They failed to flush out the coolant system which would have included the radiator and engine cooling system. So all the parts, and labor was in vain. I had told the manager, I can wait because I wanted my car running perfectly. The engine was completely ruined only 2 days after I got it back. The rust, oil, and other particles tha... view moret were left in the coolant system became lodged in the connector rods. This in turn damaged the engine beyond repair. And remember I have just paid almost &2,000.00 and waited 3 weeks for my car to be repaired. Now they have taken no responsibility, for not flushing my coolant system, which I learned from questioning another mechanic, along with Internet serches, that you always flush to coolant system, after replacing a head gasket.

No other mechanic touches my car.

I beg to differ with the previous reviewer. If you`re not yet dealing with the mechanic in person, make sure you give him the right information. If you told him the wrong info and he had the wrong part, common sense should tell you you`re going to be charged for the correct part. It`s not the mechanic`s fault if that part itself isn`t cheap. I also highly doubt they sabotaged your car. It is absurd to blame someone f... view moreor messing up a part of your car that they didn`t work on. These guys are the ONLY ones I trust to work on my car because I know they do NOT screw people out of their money like bigger shops do. They actually informed me of things many other mechanics typically do to rip customers off (like when a well-known franchise garage showed me a nasty old air filter and try to pass it off as mine, after I just replaced mine a week beforehand). Jam is family-owned and operated, they know what they`re doing (hence their certifications), and their prices beat the competition. I`ve never had any issues with the Jam Automotive guys, and I would definitely recommend them.

Jam garage is the worst garage I ever took my car to. The garage over chargede by 300.00 I had my car back for 1 day and the battery died all the wires under the hood were not wraped up and they didn`t even know how to set the kickdown cable for the transmission. I had a Jasper transmission they had the tubes pinched and the trany was not getting any fluid.
