Great service!!

My car was damaged in the recent heavy rain by a falling tree... I thought for sure it would be totaled. This shop not only saved my car, they repaired it so well, it looked better than before the damage. Kyle Crumpley was my estimator and he was awesome! Kept me informed every day and got my car back to me in less than a week. I`ll definitely be taking my business here in the future!! -Dave

Ok, so I have used this shop 2 times in the past and have never had an issue and couldnt understand what all the bad reviews were about. Well I guess 3rd time was a charm. I picked up my vehicle that had minor right side damage by the rear door. Was told the door needed to be replaced, painted, blended...yadda yadda.. fine. 11 days later... I pickup the car. The brand new door had a scratch in it (like I wasn... view moret going to see it), there was adhesive from tape everywhere,and the entire inside had a layer dust. I mean really? I question the turd which hardly looks like he was out of HS, and he just puts his head down....never offiers to clean it or fix it....I HAVE TO BE THE ONE TO SUGGEST IT. Then I find screws and body clips in the cup holder? ARE YOU SERIOUS? YOU SUCK! Spend 2 hours cleaning it out and will never return to that place again....back to Wilburn....they are expensive but they wont screw you. Thanks Rick Hendrick! A Hole.

DO NOT GO THERE

I was recommended to take my honda? van, it was not that bad but it needed a little body work. I just felt like that was the best way to go since it is considered the same as the dealer. When I took it my van was very clean in the inside and well just what was needed in the outside of it. They gave me a time frame of 8days and it was not ready for 2 weeks, when returned to me not all of the damage was taken care of. ... view moreThe one helping me said that not all was put into the estimate done for me so he did a 2nd one to send to the insurance. When I look at my van it had BLACK FINGER PRINTS all over my tan interior. They till this day have not took responsibility with what happend and to top it off, the 2nd part of my work never got done because of a employee that stopped working there and left my folder to be forgotten. When I found out I went there to speak with the manager Chris Bulcom and they took no responsibility to what happened it has been close to a year and nothing done till this day. As a customer I do not recommend hendricks! I also have other damage done there in hendricks and when it was done yes they accepted it was there falt, and they had said that they will take care of it when they do the rest and now that I decided not to take it to them anymore they take no responsibility to what happened. Just very disappointed with that business from management to each employees, the only ones always doing there job are the girls in the front, no complaints about them.

I have had a terrible experience with this place. They told my insurance carrier and myself that the repairs would be completed on a Friday. I was in the area of the shop working and around 3:30 on that Friday. So I stopped by and the rep. told me it would be another 2 hours. I said okay and went to Bass Pro to kill time. Around 6:00 I had not heard from them, so I checked in again, and they said they were fini... view moreshing up. Around 6:45, the rep. comes and knocks on my rental car window and tells me there is a problem. I go look at it, there is a chip in the door that was not there before. He admitted it was not there before. Also a painted trim piece on the passenger side was scratched from the accident. They had marked the scratch with a red paint pen. The proceeded to paint over the red with silver, and it bled through. Additionally when the vehicle started, several of the indicator lamps on the dash came on. Not only did they do a poor job of the body work, it appears they messed up the electrical system on a 40K vehicle. Stay away from this place at all costs. If I could give them a negative number of stars I would.

don`t go there that is all I can say they act like they have no clue to fixing some cars after messing up do not fix what the estimate said would be fix da dee da!!!!! go some where else bad customer service!!!!!!
