I have purchased several Cars from Brentwood Auto Sales,used cars are sold as is and repairs are your responsibility. Also I paid my payments on time with no excuses and I know for a fact they are a small business and have no time to chase customers for payments and tell you that upfront.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE!!!!! I purchased a car from here and when i got the car the car the service light was on. I thought, okay once I decide to buy the car they will update the service oil change etc. They did not do any of this nor did they detail it or even put any gas in it. So anyway a few weeks later the transmission started to act up and I took it back so the mechanic could look at it. They kept t... view morehe car almost all day, but only glanced at it and found nothing wrong with it after we had told them some other things that were going on. I took it to another auto repair shop and they fixed some things and told me what was probably going on with the transmission. The mechanic there have no clue what they are doing and the salespeople are just trying to sell cars as quickly as possible that have problems. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!!! you will be much happier.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE YOU COULD EVER BUY A CAR FROM! I purchased a vehicle from Brentwood in February 2011. I made a $2,000 downpayment to them, and two weeks later, a $500 payment, and Ive made my payment on time every since. I was set up on a bi-weekly payment plan.Recently, a tornado hit Raleigh, and she wasnt there so I could make my payment. I left a voicemail on her phone explaining to her that I wou... view moreld be in later to make my payment. I was out with my 8 month old daughter, and these snakes came and stole my car right from under my nose in a matter of seconds, leaving me and my daughter stranded. When I came out of the building I was in, my car was gone. I was only behind half a month`s payment($150), and they repo`ed my car. DO NOT BUY FROM BRENTWOOD!!! I had problems out of my car the entire time I owned it, and I believe that the mechanics there are sabotaging the cars to break down, leaving you with several thousands of $ in payments. SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!
