I bough my car here. The situation was that if I bought the car here he would fix some dents in the car. He told me it would take no longer than 2-3 days and I could have a loaner car if needed. When I was told it was only going to be 2-3 days I figured I could get a ride to and from work for a few days. 4 days later I called to ask about my car. He told me he would find out and call me back. The next day I called ag... view moreain. He said it was in the shop and he will not give me a day when it will be done. The only thing he will repeat to me after every question is "We will call when its done". I asked for a loaner car since its takeing longer than expected. He told me he doesn`t have one for me to use. Now I am stuck with not being able to get to work and back and he can`t do anything for me because the only thing he will say is "I will call when its done". No ETA nothing. Horrible way to do business! Also forgot to mention that when I bought it I asked about a slight noise that it made when you turned the car. He told me it was normal. After about a week it got much worse. I took it to a Honda dealer and they told me it was not normal and it was going to cost about $400 to fix. Bob (owner) told me it wasn`t covered under the warranty and I had to fix it myself. I didn`t argue because he wasn`t much help with anything else! EditDelete

Allstar Auto sold me the most reliable used car I have ever bought. I love my Chrysler Town and Country van! Bob gave me a fantastic deal on my trade and treated me very well. The overall experience was so positive! I have ahd service a couple of times in the past few months and I was pleased with the repairs on my vehicle1 I wouldn`t buy anywhere else! A+

We bought our car about 2 years ago and about a day after getting, it the check engine light came on, we didn?ˆ™t say anything because it was inspected so we didn?ˆ™t worry too much about it until it needed to be inspected again. part was $200 a pretty easy fix. We also got our daughter to go there, her car broke down not 2 months after she bought it, transmission died going to cost over $2500 to put it in. she is still making payments on a car she cant drive. Again Bob didn?ˆ™t care! We called to complain about her car and he went on to tell us that we owed $1700 on our car yet (we only had 3 payments left at $200 a month that = $600. We didn?ˆ™t agree so they came to pick up our car. complained that the feedback I left on yahoo & Google was hurting his business. (I was not the only one leaving a bad review either) I took them off thinking he would have a change of heart but he didn?ˆ™t and he is going to make tipple on a car we had only 3 payments left on. but that is fine. I just hope that people read my reviews and see how much of a crook he is there! there are MANY other buy here pay here places for people with not so great credit so go elsewhere if you don?ˆ™t want to get ripped off, and would like to get treated like a valued customer! I think everyone at Allstar Auto Needs to watch the movie Flywheel and learn a thing or two!

They sold me a lemon and got away with it. I`ve had the car 9 months, paid $10,000 and have had to blow nearly $10,000 on repairs. It`s spent more time in the shop than on the road. It`s destroying my life. For your own sake, skip All Star and find another place to buy a car.

I had a terrible experience with allstar auto. I bought a car from them and they illegally sold it to me without possession of the title and encouraged me to illegally drive it to PA with wrong plates and false registration and insurance. They assured me that it was FINE to drive it home when in fact it was VERY illegal. They are TERRIBLE business people. and are VERY unreliable and irresponsible rude people.
