I purchased a 2004 Audi allroad from a local dealership for 8120.00$. I was worried to buy a Audi because I know how expensive they can be to fix. The dealer the sold me the car (Julie) guaranteed me they can work on any car they sell. after driving it for 5 month the suspension has gone on the car right before getting it inspected. I brought the car back to the dealership and asked for help they said they will look ... view moreat the car and find out what is wrong with it. after looking at it for 4 hours they tell me they cant fix it and don`t know what`s wrong and they can no longer assist me and don`t want to do business any further.THEY HAVE RIPED ME OFF AND WILL DO IT TO YOU IF YOU BUY FROM THEM!!! bought 2 cars within 6 months and they both wont pass inspection.. I needed the help I was promised to make the sale and I got the door closed in my face... PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!!! I have been totally let down by them and they don`t even care..

"LEMON" THEY SOLD ME A lemon!...

"LEMON" THEY SOLD ME A lemon! Put a NH Inspection sticker on the vehicle and it fail inspection when I took it to other NH State InspectionStations. DVV is still investigating this complaint. Bettter Business Burea has contacted them and the issue is still unreloved. i "DO NOT TRUST" this dealership and i "DO NOT RECOMMEND" this dealership to anyone!

My girl friend bought a 96 Hon...

My girl friend bought a 96 Honda accord less then 50k miles from them and within a 2 days it was leaking gas.... The gas tank had a hole, the brake line was deteriorating. I called to complaint about the vehicle and to see if we could get it fix. The woman on the phone was very nice but once the owner got on the phone everything changed. I told him about the issue and he told me that he`s going to charge us for check... view moreing for the leaks and any repairs. So I told him that the vehicl should of been check before it leaves the lot. Then he told me that I better change my tone of voice when talking to him, I was shocked and extermely offended at this point. Then he told me not to call there again and hung up on me. Needless to say I didn`t know anything about the lemon law and if I did I would have brought that to his attention, but I end up paying out of pocket to repair the car. If you`re going to do business with them please becareful, I wouldnt recommend this guy to anyone. And I hope with our mistakes will help protect future consumers who`s out shopping for a vehicle.
