Great service.

I unfortunately gave my car to a friend that ruined it. No just kidding...it was just really old. The car was running quite badly. I took it in and they said they would call me with the estimate. They called within a couple hours to inform me what the estimate would be - so I could make a decision. I guestimated of what the cost would be--and to my surprise it was 1/2 of what I originally expected. I can not say how excited I am to have this car back. It`s old, but great on gas. I feel like a got a good deal on a new(er) car.

Elsen Garage is the Best service in the Metro

I cannot say enough good things about Elsen`s on Portland. I have been taking my cars there for 20+ years and the service and work is 2nd to none. I especially like the way Bob treats his customers....in his eye`s they are all #1. I had some break issues on my Toyota and Bob personally got it fixed and I will remember that service. People that care

I took my car in for new brakes, oil, change, and a few other things. I told the guys at Elsen that I really loved my Subaru, and that they should take good care of it. They performed flawless service and didn`t charge me an arm and a leg! I`m used to getting outrageous service quotes from other garages in the city. This place is fair, exceptionally good, and very courteous. I totally recommend them.

My family has trusted them for years...

and they have never done us wrong. They give honest advice, and as many options as possible. They are not afraid to show you exactly what they are doing, and answer all your questions directly. Not long after my last repair (new brakes, calipers, rotors, and tie rod ends) another mechanic asked me what I was charged (I believe in the hopes that he could sway me away by quoting a better price) - his reaction - ""Wow, ... view morethey`re really giving it all away over there, aren`t they?"". What happens when you do quality work and you charge an honest price for it? You get repeat business and referrals. That`s how business should be done. I always tell peope to go to Elsen`s. They`re the best around, in my opinion.
