Horrible service - got my car ...

Horrible service - got my car back 4 days after what I was quoted with the only thing that was said was were busy nothing I can do man. Had my car for 10 days for a minor fix.

NICE JOB!

I had my vehicle repaired at Maaco in shelby township last week. Car looks great. Far exceeded my expectations. For an older car that once was faded is now looking showroom clean. Staff was helpful and delivered my car back to me on time. Thanks MAACO!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

This Maaco has the worst customer service. I went into to get my whole car painted and spoiler fixed. When I went to pick the car up I inspected the paint job it looked okay not great but I figured hey you get what you pay for. I get into my car about to drive away and noticed that the windshield is cracked and is spreading in three different directions. I go back inside the man says oh I think it was like that. I sa... view moreid no it wasn`t I would have noticed it driving to the shop considering it was on the drivers side. And showed him photos of the car before we dropped it off. He didn`t care. I asked to speak with the manager (which is the guys dad) and the dad asked the son well did the guys do that. He said no which of course there`re not going to admit they broke a windshield they would lose their job. The manager was rude disresepctful I pretty much had to drag him out of his office to talk to me. The manager stated he would not fix the damage and that we already payed so the transaction was done. Considering they wouldn`t fix the windshield that they broke we asked them to retouch the paint on the car because they paint job SUCKED! I would have taken this man to small claims court but its not worth the money when my deductibile is only $100 for the windshield. But I am telling you do not go here unless you want your car in more damage!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Don`t trust this guy with your car if you like it. He will ruin it! Lies, crappy workmanship and doesn`t live up to his word.
