very pleased

This man (Ted) was very polite, professional , and fair. He tells you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and even does a follow up 2 weeks later. Any tranny work anyone needs, I would HIGHLY reccomend.

very helpful

I would have to say that this shop kept me up to speed on the progress of my car. They explained the work that needed to be done very clearly and had it finished on time. The other factor that impressed me with Ted`s is they installed updates and improvements to the rebuild process so the transmission does not fail again.
