No more, no less
If you`re expecting to be pampered, wait in a well-furnished room while your car is serviced, find somewhere else. Else, if you`re ok that this is just a local repair shop with nothing flashy or fancy about it, where locals come around to pay for gas in hard cash, and where the job gets done, then you`ve hit the right place. Don`t expect any amazing deals or anything (although they do send out the occasional ... view morecoupon in the email), just expect fair market price for parts and labor, and that they`ll do their best to service your car (and their best is not that bad)

I took my car into A1 Auto Three Brothers today to get my brakes changed. The owner Paul was very patient with me and explained what exactly i needed done. I have been taking my car here for years and the parts and service he provides is far beyond my expectations and beats the price I pay at the acura dealership. I waited for my car, drank some coffee and was able to get work done on my computer by using there fr... view moreee wifi. It was done before I knew it! The mechanic even found flaws in my wheel locks that the dealer had been stripping for months. This would have been horrible to have been caught on the side of the road with no working wheel locks. I actually took the car back to the dealership to show them this mistake and they providing new wheel locks that three brothers later replaced. Do not waste your time going to any dealer- go to three brothers!

Terrible
Wow, I`m amazed by all the great reviews on here. Perhaps I look like an easy target or wasn`t a regular and therefore someone who they could rip off, but I received terrible service. I went in to have my brakes done. I knew it was time for service, looked up the garage and scheduled an appointment because of the good reviews online. First off, the waiting room was disgusting, a greasy gas station to be exact, fl... view moreanked by large men, one in sweatpants full of hole sleeping at the counter serving the gas station customers. Turns out I needed brake pads and rotors. I asked them to complete the job and ended up waiting there for almost 6 hours. They claimed it never takes this long to get the parts in and that this wait time was very out of the ordinary. When the parts finally arrived, the mechanic came to the owner at the counter and said something about receiving either two sets of front or back pads, not knowing if those were my parts and trusting that they wouldn`t put the wrong parts on my car I ignored it . I waited, had the job done, paid (what wasn`t a deal at all but normal price, should have gone to the dealer) I was finally on my way. Turns out a month later, a brake warning light came on in my car, I took it to a different garage and they informed me that the brakes were put on completely wrong, parts were missing and some were in the wrong spots. Apparently, putting the wrong brake pads could cause these types of errors...so I guess they did put the wrong ones on in the first place. I called and A1 did fix the errors and were appologetic, probably knowing they commited a gross error in the first place. I would not recommend this garage to anyone looking for a new mechanic!!!
