I do not recommend this place. They get 1 star for friendliness. I recently moved to Ames for employment at the ISU. My vehicle air suspension sensor needed to be replaced. I took my vehicle to them thinking that a non-dealership repair cost would have been more cost effective. Nope, this shop charged me almost $140.00 for a diagnostic test, which included an $8.00 charge for environmental and supplies fee. I do not ... view moreunderstand why I was charge that fee or $123.00 (tax not included) for the diagnostic. Did they have to dispose and waste material? Heck No! What supplies they use that should not be included in the diagnostic cost. I know that the environmental and supplies fee was charged in past when auto shops had to pay a 3rd party to remove the waste. Now you have 3rd party companies pay shops to remove their waste. So to charge me that fee is unnecessary and this shop is just ripping customers off!! When I ask the shop owner he was fumbling with his words and could not give me a straight answer. The owner tried to justify the charge by saying that all shops charge the environmental and supplies fee even though he could not explain how that fee was relevant to my vehicle. I ask them to price a sensor for my vehicle and they quoted me a marked up price- well over a hundred dollars. You got to be kidding me! Be aware of this shop!! If I want to pay dealership prices I rather go to a dealership. I almost forgot I called a Lincoln dealership to get a quote for a diagnostic, I was told that it will be $89- Go Figure.

Amazing!

I had a car problem couple of months ago, the engine was so totally dead, that I was thinking that it will never work again. But this people revive it in 3 days! Highly recommend them!
