ok so july 6th 2012 i traded i...

ok so july 6th 2012 i traded in my car for another car and a small down payment . doc fees and filling fees was included in the loan, i even got my temp plates. the dealer gave me the papers and said now my dealings will be with the finance company. so today i got a call from the dealer stating that the finance company is now saying they won`t pay for the doc fee and filling fee and that i would have to bring this mo... view moreney in . I say wow i get paid again on the 20th then i got to turn right around and pay my car note on Aug 5th. he say let me call them and see if they will chop up those payments. so my husband got on the phone and asked to speak to a supervisor ,he said he couldn`t give us the number. and the dealer also said for us not to call the finance company and that we would have to go through him. BUT I HAVE THE CONTRACT WITH THE FINANCE COMPANY NUMBER SO WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE NUMBER. well i just got off phone with finance company. he say my loan is complete and my next payment due is aug 5th and that filling fees and doc fees are already paid through them. he was shocked to hear this. he put me on 3 way and called the dealer and he got a pick up and hang up and thought maybe the dealer was having a bad connection, i say the dealer spoke with me with no reception interruptions. so finance company had me call the dealer`s cell, and it went to voice mail. so the company say they will investigate this further and will contact me for more info. The car is lovely and drives like new. I would be very careful of what you sign and make sure the dates are correct if you deal with those dealers. and after you leave with the car, you only deal with the finance companies from then on. Don`t trust what these dealers say without making your own cars. He was trying to make a quick buck on me.
