My teenager had an accident on 400 this past week during 5 o`clock traffic. His car was about totaled. My son called us and my wife went down to meet him because I was sick. By the time she arrived from Cumming the police office had already called United Towing and the vehicle, a 1995 Honda Accord was already on the tow truck. She asked where the vehicle would be brought, he said it was up to her but he recommended C... view moreumming Auto Collision. She then said she has towing coverage with her insurance AND AAA he told her "Maam, the vehicle is already loaded on the truck" so off it went. When we went to pick up the car on Tuesday we were presented with a bill for $406.25 !!!!!!!! which was ONLY THE TOWING FEE! This was only a 15 mile tow. This is nothing short of highway robbery. I don`t know who is getting a kickback from this i.e Alpharetta police or Collision places but this is ridiculous! and yes my teenager is having to pay this ridiculous charge out of his college fund.

So friendly and prompt

I called for a very unusual service...I needed some heavy duty equipment to be moved. The driver was courteous, prompt and extremely nice. They are to follow up tomorrow to finish the job. I will check back in but i suspect it will be a very positive experience. I can only assume the last review was written by their competition or someone having a really bad day. ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST COMPANY

United Towing in Alpharetta is probably the most un professional rude and un-knowledgeable company I have ever dealt with!!! I was not greeted as a paying customer but basically invisible...the women up front think they know the law and own the world!!! Pray you never have to have your vehicle towed by this company!! Best service

promtness, corteous and good price. In an emergency situation when you leave your keys inside the trunk of the rented vehicle and you need to be at the airport by 7:30am and your flight departs at 8:30am
United made it in 10 minutes and took care to open the car in time to leave before 6:40am to beat the traffic on a friday morning. we called them at 6:10am and they show up 6:20 and were done by 6:40am. I calle... view mored that excellent service!
