These people are not good when it comes to handling business at all. they tell you one thing and when things go wrong with your vehicle they turn their backs on you. i wouldn`t recommend them to my worst enemy let alone a friend. they don`t deserve to have a business treating people the way they do. its a shame. i had my suburban two weeks when the transmission went out and Lester told me hes not fixing it nor replac... view moreing it. so a lawsuit it shall be. Honestly, this business deserves ZERO stars, but that is not an option. I will and have told everyone I know that CSRA Auto Sales is the absolute worst place you could ever go to for a used car. The owner can not be trusted. He shook our hands and gave us his word that any problems we had with the vehicle we could bring it back to him. We had a six month "warranty" because the mileage on the vehicle... view more did not agree with the mileage on the title (It was off by 70,000 not in our favor.). We repeatedly asked him if we had any problems other than brakes, tires, or cosmetic issues would he fix it for us under warranty. He gave us his word that he would and assured us multiple times. In less than 2 months the car had left us stranded twice. It was overheating, leaking oil, and had transmission problems. We tried to call him several times. One time while stranded on the side of the road our 12 year old daughter (who was at home) answered the phone and told him to call us on the cell. He hung up on her. When we finally got ahold of him he said, "Yes, I`ll fix it. Take it to my mechanic and we`ll get it done." We took it to his mechanic who said he had no idea how to work on Hondas and there was nothing he could do. He also told us the part we needed was a dealer item. The owner of CSRA Auto Sales said he would track down the part and then call us. We waited a week. We contacted the dealer and found out how much the part was in 20 minutes and then contacted the owner of CSRA Auto Sales. When he found out how much the part was he backed out of the agreement and said he would not fix the part. He said he had never promised to fix anything on the vehicle other then the drivetrain, even though we had specifically asked him about overheating, oil leaks, transmission problems, etc. He said he was not responsible for fixing the car. This man is a liar plain and simple. He does not care if you have a running car or not no matter what he says to your face. Apparantly a person`s word and handshake mean nothing anymore.
