Test drove an LR2, loved the vehicle but sales had very little knowledge and felt uninterested in selling the vehicle to me, to the point of indifference. Another reviewer mentioned the word "snob" and I would concur. Saved $7K, received more for my trade and actually got the color I wanted. I hate that I will probably have to give these guys business for my scheduled service.

After seven purchases from Reeve`s I will not but from then again! They have no appreciation of loyalty. Durring a service appt. they insisted that I needed new tires. I agreed and Reeve`s put a new set of Yokohoma tires on my Range Rover. TWO of the tires are separating and Reeve`s denies any responability. They said it is normal ware. Had a very bad experience and no longer trust any of the Reeve`s dealerships! After seven purchases from Reeve`s my next will be elsewhere!

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone! I have purchases seven vehicles from Reeve`s. Hummers, BMW, Porche andthe last as a Land Rover. I have never had the displeasure of dealing with such lack knowledge snobs in my life as the staff at Land Rover (LR). About eight months ago I sent the Range Rover Sport in for service - Then received a phone call from LR suggesting that I replace my set two year old tires. ... view more I agreed and the tires were replaced. Here we are 18 months later and two of the Yokohoma tire LR sold me are separating. Not one but two! LR now takes the position that this is normal ware. Sense when is a dangerous thing like tire separation normal ware? Today I am purchasing a new set of tires but not from Reeve`s. Within the next few months I will be purchasing a new BMW but not from Reeve`s! If this is way I am handled after the purchase of 7 vehicles do you really want to buy from Reeve`s?

Looking to purchase an Audi and found my way to Reeves today. I had a wonderful experience here and no sales gimmicks or tactics. Their level of service is outstanding.

The Service writers beg you repeatedly you to give them a ""Excellent"" review on the BMW follow up phone call survey, 4 days after your visit to the BMW Service Department, even when they screw up repeatedly. They tell you get a loaner car free when you purchase your car from Reeves and service it there, and end up charging you from Enterprise Rent a Car when Reeves refuses to pay Enterprise. Every sales associate and manager I have dealt with at Reeves has been more than helpful. I have so far purchased two vehicles from Reeves, a Porsche Cayman as well as a Hummer H2 and soon maybe an Audi. I praise Mrs. Reeves highly for the quality of service her company provides. For the most part, everyone I have met there is gracious and more than willing to help. Very highly reccomended for your purchase of a BMW, Audi, Porsche, Maserati, Hummer, Subaru, VW and a great selection of CPO luxury cars. Plus they also do other things from window tinting to Revo parts, so its almost like one-stop shopping for all of your automotive needs. I have also had the Hummer serviced at Reeves on two occassions and both times for the most part there were no problems with the service department, my car was always completed on time and a loaner car was always available. Their service men also do not try to sell extra services or try and convince you of needing something you really do not need which is always a good thing when you are already spending money for what your car does need.
I feel with this dealer you are getting the best quality of service on your car purchase than any other dealer in Tampa!
