My new auto shop
I moved to Colorado in 2009 and have been looking for a shop to take my truck to. A co-worker recommended Best Auto Repair and I have to say I was not disappoint in the treatment of me or my truck. They did a great job on my clutch and brakes. The people there are friendly and dare I say honest. It`s true. I will be taking my truck there for all of her needs. Thanks Guys!!!

An Honest Shop!
Best Auto is a great repair shop and I recommend it to everyone I know. First, Joe and his team are an honest crew. While they will tell me what needs to get fixed, they have never tried to ""up-sale"" me with ""one more thing"". If it needs fixing, they`ll tell me, if it can go for a while, they`ll tell me. In fact, these guys have told me things to try, over the phone, that might work, to avoid an unnecessary tr... view moreip to the shop. Who does that these days? Joe is fair in his pricing and fair in his work. I have been using Joe and his team for my auto repair work for over 10 years and 4 cars and one big truck! Honest Repair Shop
I think the post by lions123 below has some malicious intent behind it and is not indicative of Best Auto`s service. I`ve been taking my cars to Joe`s shop for almost 10 years and I trust him and wouldn`t take my cars anywhere else. Before ""Best Auto"" I was at a Longmont shop that charged me just for looking under the hood and another Longmont guy tried to con me out of $300 on a mechanical seat repair that only ... view morerequired a circuit replacement. I was wanting to find a place I could trust after moving to Longmont and Best Auto is it. The staff is willing to give advice over the phone too - suggesting ways for you to help yourself and save a few bucks. Joe, thanks to you and your staff for all your help through the years!

Best Auto Repair in Longmont
I have had all my vehicles serviced by Joe Bourche for the last 15 years. He is, by far, the most honest and fair priced auto repair business in Longmont. He stands by ALL his repairs.
I will not go to any other auto repair in Boulder County, his service is that good.

Kevin smith brought his Volvo in to Best Auto in early August 2009 . he asked for an evaluation and estimate for several concerns. His main concern was that the Volvo over heated on a long trips. We evaluated and repaired the over heating issue. we Gave him an estimate and advise on the rest of the repairs needed. A successful repair.
YES! There was body damage to the ... view moredriver side door. The Volvo rolled backwards as the tech was removing the scanner from inside the car. We apologized and supplied Mr. smith with a paid rent a car and delivered his Volvo to a local body shop for repair. We paid for all repairs and the rent a car. Mr. smith look it over and test drove it for several days and at that time he was completely satisfied with both repairs mechanical and body work. This was august 12 2009
In late Dec 2009 I received a call from Kevin he had some concern with the paint. I asked him to bring it by so I could see it. after many canceled appointments by Kevin he finally shoed up in Feb. I saw the paint from a distance it looked like it was scratched again. wanting to help Mr. Smith I offered to repaint that area for no charge (we had some paint left from the last repair) ask that he would leave it with us for one day. I offered him a rent a car for $25 a day. Mr. smith left and was going to return with the car. Later that day he called and demanding a paid rent a car and a new car door. He also stated he would write bad reviews about us if we did not agree to his request.

Avoid this Repair Shop Your money and car deserve better
My car still was not working correctly after Joe worked on it. The next shop that I took it to showed me why... Joe had put in the wrong thermstate when that did not work he drilled a hole in it to let more coolent through. Way to go Joe, this is what you call quality? Joe has cost me hundreds of dollars to fix his bad work. I tell everyone I know not to use Best Auto BECAUSE THEY ARE THE WORST REPAIR SHOP

Way better than the competition!
If you are looking for quality, honest brake service, Best Auto Repair in Longmont is the place. I called on a Monday to schedule an estimate and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Being the second estimate on the required service, I was pleased that Best Auto had a better price than the competition. (Don`t waste your time or money at Just Brakes or any other chains!) As a female, I find it dif... view moreficult to be taken seriously concerning automobile issues. However, I was treated fairly and the employees gave me honest service and repair in a timely manner. The parts and labor are guaranteed and under 6-12 month warranty. I was given many choices on the replacement parts, but liked to hear the suggestions/ recommendations from Mike and the other mechanics. These guys install quality parts and don`t mess around with cheap parts. This helps to keep you safe on the road and on the road for more miles. When looking for an auto mechanic I look for honesty and a place that will guarantee their work. I would highly recommend Best Auto and will continue being a customer here.
