Disrespectful and expensive

I walked in to this shop only to stand there for 10 minutes before their receptionist even acknowleged that I was there and then they was rude to me.

I dint want to wait an hour next door becuz all I needed was an oil change. I might as well have gon next door because it took them over and hour to change my oil anyway. Before I have paid about $20 30 dollars for an oil change but this place charged me 50 buck... view mores! I wont be coming back to this shop, I would rather wait and hour then be treated the way I was here.

WORST SERVICE &amp; STAFF

UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY A NEW ENGINE...DON` T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Last week my boyfriend took his car into Lakewood Lube and Repair for a very simple oil change on his Toyota 4Runner. $40.00 for an oil change is ridiculous in the first place but he was crunched on time (and the wait next door at Midas was over an hour)...but he left this place and NOT EVEN 5 minutes down the road his car died and was smo... view moreking. These IDIOTS put the oil filter on crooked and by the time he got home there wasn`t a drop of oil in it. Needless to say it ruined most of his engine. These guys towed it back to their shop, looked at it and REFUSED to fix it or pay for any of the damages and expected him to pay almost $2000.00 in repairs for something THEY should have done right in the first place. He ended up taking it somewhere else and was quoted HALF the price. My boyfriend DRIVES for a living and this car ran 200-300 miles PER DAY prior to taking his car to this so called &quot;repair&quot; shop. The staff was rude to him and me and I am making sure that no one I know ever goes here!!!!!
