Worst customer service I`ve ever had...becuase they never gave none! I regret having gone here for so long to get oil changes and routine service. Will never go here again and will advise friends and family to do the same. worst dealer to deal with. bat...

worst dealer to deal with. bate and switch. they keep going back and forth trying to get you to get tired and agree . they offered to refinance me at 20% , I had my own at 6%. they agreed to a price on the phone but after driving an hour to get there, I was told that they can not make the deal. after I left they called and said they will honor the deal. then thier sales manager lance called and said they will honor t... view morehe deal and send someone with the paper work so I don;t have to go there. they called back the next day and said that they can not do that.. what a con?

IMCOMPITENT MECHANICS AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very very poor customer service and mechanics. Their incompetent mechanic mis-diagnosed the main problem with my car.My car broke down one day after spending $225. I had to take it to H.B. where they correctly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Great in person, but need to update online contact info

These guys were great. I went in for routine maintenace. They did not try to sell me unneccesary products or services. My only complaint is that it took 4 online searches to get their correct phone number, which is: 714-832-3300...all others were not in service
