Over Priced and Unreliable

Taken my car here three times and a week or two after I leave the ""engine light"" comes on. This happened all three times. Why didn`t they catch the problem first time around? They charge so much for labor. They do not stand behind their work and they DO not treat their customers with ""respect"". Honest Auto Repair

I appreciate honesty in a car repair shop. Just took my old 99 Mercury Cougar in to Precision Automotive for an oil change and because I had been noticing puddles of water under the car the last week or so. I braced myself for a possible big repair bill, but was happy when Chet let me know that it was just a loose hose clap and they took care of tightening that up and topping off the coolant for no additional cha... view morerge beyond the oil change. I know there are places out there that would have told me I needed a big repair. They`ll also go over the car and make recommendations for maintenance but with no pressure whatsoever. I don`t put on that many miles on this car so I`ll pass on some of the suggestions. They`ve also dropped me off and picked me up a work for longer repairs. I appreciate the friendly honest staff and will continue going to this shop.

I have finally found my car repair shop!

Recently I needed to have my radiator replaced so I decided to chose Precision Automotive in Redondo. I couldn`t believe how friendly and professional they were. You can tell this is just a down to earth family run local business. I am so glad to have finally found my car repair shop. Definitely will return if anything else on my car needs repaired. 5 stars all the way!!!

Avoid the Unprofessional Service

On a lazy Saturday in Redondo Beach, I opened my mail to find a coupon for a discounted oil change. So I said, lets support the local business instead of going to the big chain. So I drove down to Precision. Already a dangerous quick turn coming right off of Aviation curve doing 4o mph, and with two car seats in the back, not one I like to do. I walk into the showroom and find 2 reps busy doing paperwork. So its ... view moreno biggie I will wait until they address me. 1 minute goes by. Two minutes go by. Three minutes, not even a simple. ""Please give me a minute and I will be right with you"". Not even a hello. In 2010, I would expect that customer service would be at a premium, but at this place, not even a hello. Why would I spend my good money at a place where I was not even wanted? Well, I did not. I ended up at one of the Big Chains, got in and out in 15 minutes, with my windows washed and car vacuumed. You get what you pay for!
