The business he is referring to is Norco Auto Tech, which is across Hamner Ave. about a block away from Norco Brakes and Alignment. I just want to be fair. During the time of win.wu1213`s review the business was still owned by Randy. Randy and his mechanic Raul were very professionals, honest and very fair in their prices. I agreed with previous custome...

I agreed with previous customer - Allen Q , this is a dishonest shop, they are not professional and not fair to the customer based on my experience on April 2012. I called, Steven answered the call, he gave me estimate price, I dropped off my Van in his shop. Later , Norco Auto Tech called me and told us that quo was the wrong , they added $300 dollars to my original 600.00 quo, they claimed the dealer offered the ... view morewrong price. I rejected the offer, I still paid them to make a AC diagnostic check, they charge me $75 for just visual checking the AC system, I have told them a Computer Diagnostic was a must , they made the wrong diagnostic - my 2 exchange lines leaked, it will coast $800 to replace them all. We paid 75.00 and left the shop. Next day, I took the same Van to another, experienced AC mechanic to hook up to the computer to make a second diagnostic, the diagnostic was - the compressor was bad, not the 2 lines. We decided to put it to dispute thru credit card, Noro Auto Tech have the most expensive repair yet the worst service, they are not honest in the price, they gave the wrong quo, and jack up the price with redicious price, please do not believe what the manager - Steven `s estimation, do not go to that shop, they will charge you more than you can affort, do not believe their good rating on Google, do your own shopping before calling Norco Auto, walk away from them !!!
