Stay away from Euromastercars!!! I bought a car through Euromastercars that was advertised on Ebay. I would not recommend Euromastercars to anyone unless you`ve gone to see the car before purchasing it. Our car arrived with scratches, dings, paint chips on the hood and a cracked front bumper that had been touched up when the exact wording on the Ebay ad and Euromastercars website was that the car had NO prior exterio... view morer damage. It is a clear cut case of false advertising!!! Vali tried to blame it on the delivery driver but the facts are the delivery driver had a bill of lading that was signed by Ana at Euromastercars and all the scratches, chipped windshield, and paint touch up was marked on the BOL when the driver picked the car up. We had noticed on the pictures on Ebay that the front bumper on the car had a small black spot on it but we assumed it was probably a bug. To our surprise when we got it here it is a pretty bad ding and the paint is missing (about a 3 inch long area)just above it and has been retouched with matching paint. The front bumper also had cracks and scratches on it so we know the front bumper had been hit. When we blew the photo from Ebay up about 300% we could see the damage was preexisting. We had no idea we needed to do that as we believed the write up on the Ebay advert. We have tried to pursue this through Ebay but can not. We were bidding on the car and then my husband talked to Vali about the car and asked the buy it now price, once my husband agreed to buy the car at the buy it now price he was told to go to paypal and put the $300 deposit. So he did that and the car was taken off of Ebay entirely so that it doesn`t appear on their site at all. One of the problems with this is that you can`t pursue problems you have with the purchase through Ebay and Euromastercars knows it. He was in such a big hurry to take the car off of Ebay instead of letting my husband bid the buy it now price and win the car and yet here we are over 2 months later and my car is still on their website. When we were looking on Ebay to purchase a car one of the main things we looked for was cars that qualified for Ebay`s buyer protection, well this was made null and void by Vali taking the listing off of Ebay and not letting us finish the purchase. We contacted Vali at Euromastercars about these issues and he told us too bad, it`s not his problem and then blamed the delivery driver. Euromastercars had the full payment for the car within 2 days of our agreement and to top it all off it took numerous phone calls and emails and over a month from the time we bought the car until we received the title.
